Description of Work: THIS COMPANY IS CALLED HYPERCLEAN CARPET CLEANING, INC. NOT COUNTYWIDE. WORK WAS DONE ON 2/9/04. IT TOOK OVER 12 HOURS TO DRY WITH MANY DIRTY STAINS LEFT IN THE CARPET. I CALLED BACK ON 2/10/04 TO COMPLAIN. THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE BACK OUT ON 2/24/04 AT 10AM. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO CANCEL.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned by spraying some white foam and it turned my carpet white in a spot. It didnt even look like it had been cleaned. They came back and used same method, spraying form and used some brush buffer and still doesnt look clean.

Description of Work: Paul was very flexible with my schedule after a surgery. He called to confirm the appointment and then called after the job was done to make sure that I like it and that it dried in a timly fashion. He was super nice and the carpets look like new.
