+ -1 moreCALYPSO ROOFING WAS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND DENISE REFERRED ME TO BNW ROOFING TO WHOM I BELIEVE SHE SOLD THE BUSINESS TO OR HAD WORKED WITH BEFORE. SO I CALLED THEM. THEY PROMPTLY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THOUGH SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN OTHER ESTIMATES I WAS GIVEN I CHOSE THEM DUE TO DENISES' RECOMMENDATION AND HE ALSO AGREED TO DROP HIS PRICE TO COMPARE TO THAT OF THE OTHER ESTIMATES. THE PRICE DID EVENTUALLY INCREASE DO TO THE EXTRA WORK INVOLVED WITH THE UNFORESEEN DAMAGE TO THE ROOF, IT WAS FAIR AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT TOOK THEM NEARLY A WEEK TO COMPLETE IT DUE TO THE EXTRA WORK. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE AND CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE.
Description of Work: REROOFING OF OLDER HOME. REMOVED ALL OLD ROOFING MATERIAL, REPAIRED & REPLACED DAMAGED AND ROTTED ROOF BOARDS REPAIRED & REPLACED FACIA BOARDS PUT DOWN NEW ROOF SHINGLES AND ADDED NEW ROOF VENTS AND REPLACED EXISTING VENTS WITH NEW ONES.
