I made an appointment with him, and he didn't show up. When I called, he said he would be there the next day. The next day, he never showed up. I never heard again from him. That shows total lack of professionalism.

I made an appointment. to look at our carpet and he did not show up. When I called to re-schedule it seems he had simply forgotten me. I re-scheduled for the following week and asked that if he had to miss my appointment or re-schedule that he PLEASE CALL ME. He showed up an hour past the time we had scheduled. I told him I had called another vendor because I thought he had forgotten me again and he had not called. He did not apologize and proceeded to cuss his way all the way down the elevator. Complete lack of professional courtesy.
