Description of Work: Met them at the Home Show in Tampa and made an appointment for them to come to our house and give us an estimate for replacing our windows. They never showed, called or returned my calls to them. Very unprofessional.

+ 0 moreThe work and the entire process could not have been better. Paul is professional, personable and stayed in touch to update me regularly. He and brother Jesse did the work themselves and did it all in a day. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up as they went. All in all, I would hire them to do anything, they were great.
Description of Work: Replaced all windows in house with Simonton impact resistant windows. Replaced glass sliding doors with an impact resistant jeld-wen French door and side lights. Added hurricane impact panels over existing front door and gable vents.
