bathtub refinishing, home remodeling
+ 0 moreSee above for this answer. This is the answer for the above ? Bathcrest came and refinished a white bathtub freshening it up with white paint. We totally remodeled the house, this was just part of it. We spent 3 days a week there for many months.
Description of Work: The bathcrest I used is based in Nokomis, Fl, not Dunedin. Jim Banks came back after the job was initially finished to touch up around the new drain as it was smaller than the original one. I had told him that there were "runs" in the paint on the side of tub when I told him about the drain needing a touchup. When he came to repair the drain he didn't have the equipment to "buff" out the "runs" and said he'd be back later in the week. I never heard from him later in the week. I live 55 miles one way from this property so during the month of December I would call each week and say the date and times I would be there for him to come "buff" when it worked into his schedule. He lives in the next community north of Venice so it wouldn't seem that inconvenient to be able to get this fixed. I have now written him a letter asking for a refund in that as of Dec 29 there are people living in the house who work all day and own a very large dog so I no longer have access.

+ -1 moreIt went excellently. It only took 2 days and it looks amazing. It looks like a brand new bathroom. Wow!
Description of Work: Refinished the hideous "harvest gold" tub and tile in guest bath so it is now white.
