 + -1 moreDino is always courteous, prompt, and willing to do more if needed and if not contracted originally. I may not know the price ahead of time, because of additional areas cleaned once he arrives. He's been coming to my home for over 8 years (via a recommendation from a friend). He and I have an understanding that his price will be reasonable. I trust him to do the job right. He's also done a few odd jobs for me for a "honey-do list". His professionalism shows and he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Dino for cleaning carpets, cleaning your car, and power washing.
Description of Work: Dino cleaned a variety of carpets, and couches this visit. He's done multiple areas of my home throughout the years One time he was able to clean the interior of my car, making the areas which are touched constantly, like doors, as spotless as possible. Dino is one to call me to remind me of the last visit time to my home and did I need him then or at some future date.

 + 0 moreGreat followup on phone and prompt. Confident. . Came at 9am as promised . Worked throughly on area rugs. Discussed wall to wall. Said he could do it that day . He was finished in 1 1/2 hours and followed up for feedback the following Monday. Rugs are so , so clean!
Description of Work: What a hard working prompt prfeesional guy!1 I had 3 area rugs done and twowall to wall bedrooms done . I used my Angie's list coupon and because I added the wall to wallin 2 rooms I paid the additional $45.00. It was a great experience to have someone so prompt and proffessional 1 Ended up doing my neighbor as well . Will refer him to all my friends and neighbors happily.

 + -1 moreWe played phone tag and finally made an appointment date for a Friday (today) and he said he'll call me back with a time. He called me and said that he wouldn't be able to come Friday because he was too busy. He said he could come later that day but I already had something planned for that evening. He said he could do it Saturday but again, that day was not good for me. We decided not to go with this company. He seemed very unreliable.
