It was a pleasure working with Shawn and Zach. They responded promptly to our call, took pictures of hurricane damage, met with us and made recommendations, explained the process and answered our questions. They told us when they would arrive each day and what they would be doing. Their attention to detail is impressive. We are very happy with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Replacement of skylights went well with the exception of one skylight that arrived with a scratch and had to be replaced by the manufacturer and the replacement also had to be replaced because of missing screws. But Larry and his crew took care of that the following day. In addition, during installation there were some issues with some of the new skylights during the removal of the old skylights causing the inside coping and drywall inside the shafts to crack due to the drywall being screwed (rather than nailed) into the exterior wood trim by the original installers. As a result, several visits were needed to repair the damage on the inside. Again, despite a impossibly busy schedule, Larry personally took it upon himself to personally perform all the needed drywall and interior paint repairs. I am not sure New Vallee Roofing would be getting as high a dating from me If it weren’t for Larry, who was devoted to performing the best work he could under the circumstances and busy scheduling.

I figured since they had good ratings I would wait. Two days before appointment they called and canceled saying they were to busy at the time to come give estimate. I could understand with Irma about a week away but the company didn't even try to reschedule or make it right. I was very disappointed and will not be using this company for any roofing needs.

Excellent, I was very happy. It was done ontime and on budget. Great quality work. You owe it to yourself to call! I saved considerably.
