I had raccoons trying to break into my attic through the soffit in the middle of the night. First thing in the morning I got onto HomeAdvisor website. New Valley Roofing Inc. responded to my inquiry immediately. They set an appointment for Sean to come out that day. He sealed up the hole and was on his way. Great service! I highly recommend him.

Sean was great. He came out and evaluated the leak in my asphalt shingle roof and performed the repair while he was there. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him. He did not charge me pending the next big rain. He could not have been more fair to us. Thank you Sean.

The guys did a great job finding and replacing broken tiles, and also identified and fixed a couple of spots that needed to be sealed.

Everything went great. I was worried it would be expensive because I got quotes from other companys that were almost double the price. The work looked great. Everyone was on time and respectful. Definately would refer New Vallee Roofing.

unresponsive, no reply after visiting the home, promised to do repair the following week,called several times Co. no response. Repair of skylight done before,still under warranty, Roof is still leaking,have to look for different company. It looks like 5 min at the roof with an epoxy didn't last too long.Looking for different repair service.

Excellent company and Shawn made me feel very confident with his quality of work and the products he used. I have a flat roof and I did a lot of research before hiring. I reviewed the products he used and the manufactures recommended application because how a product is applied matters for the warranty. Shawn did the prep work right and took the time to answer all my questions. Shawn arrived early in the morning in order to give the base coat time to dry, just like the manufacture instructed, before the afternoon rain. As with the prep, and base coat, I was concerned about the gaps along the edges and Shawn took the time to seal them before applying the final coat. Two key things about Shawn you will know, 1. He does what he says he will do. 2. He will do quality work and backs-up that with a personal guarantee. The silicone product I used is backed by a 50 yr warranty. I expect to never need to call him back. I highly recommend Shawn for any flat roof work.
