very nice people to work with

Their rep, Sean, came to the house to give me a price for the roof leak into my garage. Upon inspection and using a garden hose to see when water would leak into the garage, he said the leak was caused by a hole along some bent flashing on a portion of the roof near the garage, and that some flashing cement would solve the problem. He put on the flashing cement, waited awhile and tested with a hose. There was no seepage into the garage. I then paid him the $100 he requested, feeling happy that the problem was finally fixed and the cost to do so was acceptable. No more than 5 minutes after he left, a cloudburst happened and the water was again coming down the garage wall two inches further to the right of the original leak. I called him immediately and could not reach him. I have called and e-mailed the company at least ten times in the last 3 weeks and have gotten no response. I am very disappointed by the total lack of response fromNew Vallee Roofing. It is both unprofessional and enethical, and I would never use nor recommend anyone else to use New Vallee Roofing nor Home Advisor if this is the type of firms you recommend. Apparently, your criteria for firm recommendations is flawed as this company.

Upon completion of the work, they left the premises neat and clean. I will happily use them again and gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Shawn and Larry were great to work with. Based on their thorough appraisal of the roof to begin with I felt they were the best option. Prices were fair. Felt I was well educated and informed on choices for my roofing needs. I actually did the silicone coating with repair as necessary and feel it was the right choice. I was pleased with their work and found they were efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Did the job when scheduled

Very professional, worked with Sean but Larry and Dustin did the actual repair. Showed me pictures of damaged roof from inside the attic, said it would take 4-5 hours to repair including some extra repair not noticed prior. Arrived right on schedule and all done in the timeframe they said!

Very sound advice. Most other contractors recommend a higher price option but New Vallee offered both, a total solution of the problem, and a safe solution at a lower cost, but nevertheless watertight and guaranteed for 10 years.

Sean was professional, found the problem and fixed it quickly. He also worked on 2 more skylites to prevent any future problems. He rates 10 stars from me! Excellent company to work with.

They do not return your phone calls after they get your money, or if there is a problem.

I interviewed 3 prospective companies and checked their credentials. All three were licensed. One was high , one low and one in the middle in price. They each explained what they were going to do. Since all seemed equal I chose, New Valley Roofing. They ended up uncovering more than was planned because more problems areas were exposed. Larry took it in stride and fixed them all. He also had everything in his truck that he needed to do the job, New valley did all they bid on and much more for the same price. They were easy to work with, polite and respectful.

This is an excellent company. I have already recommended them to my cousin and he hired them as well. They are right there when you need them. Awesome job, the guys are great!

They were on time. They were responsible and curtious. Quoted on the spot and they did it right then and there . No more than a 1/2 hour went by and it was complete.
