Quality job

New Vallee replaced the skylights in my hangar. Larry assessed the work to be done and provided a reasonable quote. The roofing team arrived and completed the work in a reasonable time period. I highly recommend New Vallee.

They did a good job replacing missing shingles and loose shingles.the roof is 16 Year’s old and the new sihingles did not match the roof.Probably because of age and weathering.

Original request went well Same day the estimate was provided, the work was done. 2nd time we asked him to come back he came back and completed to satisfaction, Most recently last cancelled twice and didn't show for appointment . I would now not use or recommend him again.

Tried to get warranty work.... Business would not call back after six times....HomeAdvisor indicates still in business but wouldn't know that. Never hire this company.

They did a very different repair job, urethane foam over flat concrete tile. The workmanship was outstanding and the service was even better. Finished the project by applying an overall sealant. Price was reasonable. Very easy to work with, Shawn and Larry great

Courteous, very professional and fast.

Sean was able to come out to our house quickly after the recent hurricane, gave us an estimate and scheduled the repair very quickly. Another roofing company we had used in the past could not schedule us for four weeks. The price was very fair and the repair seems to be holding up. We have read reviews that it is difficult to get a hold of him on the phone. While we did not experience that ourselves, neighbors we referred to him did have difficulty. For that reason alone I downgrade customer service to 3.5.
