The job was done on schedule and to estimate. Only reason not rated as five star is the true test is how long the repair lasts and I cannot comment on that yet I would use the company again

I have a OLD Mobile home. He came out and patched it at a very reasonable price. He was prompt and courteous. He had to come back out for a little leak and did not charge me for it. I have used many roofers for apartments in Sarasota County for 42 years. This is the best one I have found. You are crazy if you do not call him first.

I had some very bad and old sky, lights three in all. Shawn the owner showed up exactly when he said he would for the estimate. He also showed up promptly on time the day of the job. He Replaced three skylights for me in a very timely manner, and they look great. I would suggest any one who needs any of the services he offers to hire him. Great job! Very happy client.

Via the internet, I asked for a quote to replace our skylights. I received a call within 15 minutes and the gentleman showed up within 45 minutes to give me a quote. That was on a Saturday; the skylights were replaced on Monday. Very fast service, and skylights look great.

I can't review the work yet as he just fixed the leak today. However, I can't give a review without rating the quality of his work. So I gave him a 5 and if I find out something later that makes me change my mind, I will edit this review. He did show up when he said he would and seemed knowledgeable about my problem. He repaired it while he was here and I think his price was fair. He also gave me some advice for the future which I appreciated.

We had a leak and had gotten a quote from another company telling us we needed to replace a vent (for $650). Shawn came out and said it could easily be repaired and did so for $100. He took a photo of what he did and was very pleased with the neatness of his work. I would definitely recommend him.
