Joe originally came out and replaced a fan which was over heating. He did a good job and replaced the fan, which was under warranty. He charged me only for labor. Some issues persisted, which were later identified as being caused by a bad thermostat wire. Joe's team spent some extensive hours in very hard to reach places in the attic and replaced the wire. Cleaned everything up after the job and the air works perfectly now. Joe gave me a full credit for the original fan work, which may have not been the culprit. Not sure if the total cost was high or low given I have no comparison, but given the number of hours they put in, seemed reasonable. I'd use Joe again given his quick response, professionalism, and the fact they left things clean after they were done.

It went extremely well. Joe was polite and pleasant and answered all my question with patience. The area where the did work was extreme clean. The unit is working beautifully and efficiently. I was also impressed that joe came back 2 days later to check on how well the unit was working and check on my satisfaction. That is most unusual and nicely surprising.
