This is a small ,family owned business. My garage got smoke damage from a parked car got fired. They came in to repair the top garage gutter and soffit, repair stuco around the garage. After the stuco was repaired, the painted the repaired wall. I gave them a 5 star for their stuco job..I gave them 4 star For customer service because they told me they couldn't accept credit for paying I Had to pay by check. Overall I recommend them for homeowners

There was a language barrier that caused some miscommunication, but it worked out in the end. They only work with stucco and not paint. They are clear and detailed about the job itself, but could improve how they give estimates and invoices.

I hired FDY Garcia's Construction team for a stucco job on the second floor of my home. Their knowledge, friendliness, and fair pricing was why I made the decision and I am happy I did. Once hired they came at the time they said they would come and worked quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed of any issues or changes that came up during the work and explained each process to me, leaving me with no questions and confident that I had hired the right people for the job. When the job was complete they cleaned up and it was as if they had never been there leaving no trace behind. I really appreciate the quality of work they did and have received compliments after of how seamless it looks .

Iâ m very impressed with the quality of the stucco repair at my house yesterday. A large area above my front door needed to be patched and stuccoed. Erika and Jose did a great job of repairing and matching the texture of the rest of the house. They are very respectful of your home and clean up the area when done. You can tell they take great pride in what they do. Very fair prices and incredibly hard working.
