I love them. I have used another company in between and I did not like them, so I went back to Delintz, I just felt they do a better job. They are quick, efficient, and they do what they say they are going to do. The interaction with them was good. Their pricing was good, it hasn't changed in years. I would use them in the future.

Showed up on time, did what was needed without any issues. Even removed a screen on vent that was blocking exhaust. Dryer working like new now.

Delintz Dryer Vent Cleaning Service were very patient, they showed up exactly when they said they would, very timely. The technician was very professional. We've had them every year for about the last four years or so. The quality of work has been maintained at a very high level and the quality of the job was good and it did clean everything out. We were very surprised with the cleaning year after year and of course all that lint is flammable, so it's fire preventative measure also in addition to increasing the efficiency of the dryer. So, they came out, moved the washer and dryer, were very careful, they didn't hit any walls or scratch anything, and they took care of getting the lint out, they got up on the roof and they took care of anything that didn't come out from sucking it out or blowing it out from the bottom, they got on the roof and did the same thing, so when they left it was a very clean line.

All went well. No problems and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Delimtz Dryer Vent Cleaning were excellent. He called back and charged us what he quoted. He came out when he said he would. He did a good job and left everything clean and neat. He did a good enough job that I didn't have him come back and do it again.

Dryer vent had not been cleaned for almost 8 years...laundry space was tiny, but he managed to get the dryer out, cleaned behind it and the washer, and prepared to clean the duct...he was extremely careful, personable, and knowledgeable. Robbie had to go on the roof of the 2nd story to be sure everything was out. He even gave us some hints to slow the build-up of lint in the vertical (2 story) vent. Would I call him again.....YES! Everything was superb.

This is the second time I have contracted them and they do a good job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

This guy is clean, on time, and very professional. He understands the importance of doing this job right because fire caused by lint in your dryer is a very real and frightening experience. It can cost thousands of dollars to repair your home if it happens. Yes, I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use his services. Oh, and he is now doing fireplaces chimneys as well. I have a gas fireplace conversion from wood, so will have the flue cleaned this year as well.

Delintz did a fantastic job!! I get this done every year and it is worth it!! My dryer is so much more effecient in drying time, they were puntcual, and very professional. Be aware of companies that do other things than clean dryer vents!! These guys know what they are doing and they don't try to sell you on other services!! Love them!!

We've used this company in the past and they do a great job. Not the best at answering the phone, but they do show up, are friendly and do great work.

I like him a lot. If you have a problem than he will tell you. I felt that his price was more than reasonable, and he make sure that his work is finished and done right.

He was very professional and came when he said he would come. He also did some extra work for me and cleaned the vent on my roof and also checked the bathroom vent. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.

I had my washer serviced by another company and they service man recommended Delintz based on the heat being generated on the top of my dryer. The first scheduled appointment he was right on time but it was pouring rain and agreed to come back the next day in the afternoon and he would call. He did not call and I ended up calling him the next week o reschedule (after I waited for him). He was quick to respond and showed up on time the next time and got the job done. An apology nice with an expanation but cest la via. Job was done right for the right price.

He came out to do an estimate, and told me that the work didn't need to be done. He was very honest and professional.

Well, I'm not very good at stories, but he was courteous, and explained what he was doing, he arrived on time, and that he did a really good job and seemed honest in his job. The clothes dry much better now.

Trey had a cancellation right at them moment I called for a quote. He gave me a quote that sounded reasonable considering my electricity bills were sky high. He came out immediately once I gave him directions. He was very pleasant and professional. He also gave me some advice on which dryer cycle to use. He told me to call him if I had any problems whatsoever. I had tried calling other dryer vent services and he was the only one that actually answered the phone. (I did call another DELINTZ franchise from the phone book but they did not service my area - she gave me the Brandon franchise number.)

Fine, came in did the job - dryer is on 2nd floor, but I didn't want them walking on the roof, so they did it all from inside.

Although my initial call wasn't returned, when I did reach Trey, he apologized profusely...immediately. Trey was polite, professional, and personable. He shared that he has serviced our neighbors and that I should talk to them if I felt the need. I was very pleased with Trey's neat and timely work. Best of all, the dyer now dries like it should. The service fee was very reasonable...I had quotes from $90 - $150, so Trey's fee was easy on the pocketbook.

DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS DEFINATELY NEEDED. OUR DRYER WORKS LIKE NEW AGAIN.
