Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Central Miami, Florida

Called Truly Nolen for a dry-wood inspection and quote. Their inspector Manny showed up on time. After examining the area where the termites were swarming Manny informed me that Truly Nolen wouldn't be able to do the job because of the spray foam insulation that I have. I was not surprised at all by his answer. I had expected that this might be the case for the BIG Companies (Truly Nolen, Orkin, & Terminix). Manny was very polite and up front about Truly Nolen's policy which I appreciated.

Excellent. They also treated the new house for termite prevention. Always on time very clean and polite employees.

They have a GReAT job on pest control. House was vacant for a long while before we bought so you can imagine. They dealt with termites, roaches and ants. They were knowledgeable and professional. Lawn was awful and they brought it back to life!!! Our lawn is envy of the neighborhood.

After 4 years of their "service." They never identified the true cause of our rat and cockroach problem which was broken sewer pipes. They never cared to truly resolve the problem. Very disappointed.

I have been with Truly Nolan for over 20 years. The new manager of the Doral office, David Batista, actually answers his phone or returns messages. He is very responsive and professional. Andy S., my pest control technician, has controlled my ant situation and is a pleasure to work with. He also answers his phone! Anyone who lives in the Miami area knows how difficult it is to find great - or even decent - service, but these two gentlemen may set a positive trend!
