+ 0 moreIt was very pleasant. He was punctual. The work was done fast and efficiently. All the old screening, rocks and weeds removed were bagged and placed in my garbage area. He left the entire work area clean and ready for visitors. He finished the job in only 2 days and even offered some pointers on what to do next to make the area loom better.
Description of Work: My patio had very damaged screens with holes and parts falling off. Melvin removed all the old screening and installed brand new ones on 10 large segments, basically the entire patio. Also my entire backyard was full of old rocks from the previous owner; every square inch. Melvin removed all the rocks from the entire yard, even removing everything that was deep and embedded, leaving nothing but smooth top soil. He then re-stoned my pathway behind my patio, and installed brand new sod, transforming the entire area.
