Description of Work: I have an annual maintenance contract. The only issue I've had is ordering the a/c filters. These are not the kind I can purchase in a store and Service Experts dropped the ball on ordering once and got the wrong size another time.

Description of Work: Utilized company earlier in the year for an Angies list check up special for air conditioning system. Was very satisfied with promptness and professionalizm. Compressor stopped running in July. Called around 8 AM and technican was at our home by 12:30 PM. Needed a motor for the compressor. Technicians drove to a supplier picked up the part and replaced it by 3:00 PM. Excellent service, Resonable Price and very curteous professional technicians. Also office presonnel were very courteous.

+ -1 moreI feel that the cost of the freon was expensive. I liked that they had a good reputation with Angie's List consumers. They are upfront about the service charge. The service technician was professional. I would do my homework about the price of freon before I would call anyone. He did give me a discount on the freon.
Description of Work: I hired this company fix my air conditioner by filling the air conditioner with 14 lbs. of freon.

They told me that because of how old my unit was they wouldn't recommend fixing it if it was a large leak but if it was a small leak they could come out and fix it. They also said that if it was a small leak I could probably live with it until I replaced my unit. I appreciated this because they were honest and they didn't try to sell me any new products. They were very truthful and helpful.
Description of Work: They refilled the freon and they looked over my unit because I didn't know what was wrong with it. I thought the pipe was blocked but it was really just missing some freon. They told me that the leak could be a big leak or a small leak.

+ -1 moreThey tried to con me into buying a new condenser for $1700. I was told it would have to be installed by a trained representative. They try to have the clients upgrade or fix more than what they have to. I called a couple companies to get estimates and they said the installation cost would be $500 and a repairman would be capable of installing the condenser. I hired another company to install the condenser because my old one had a puncture.
Description of Work: They came to my home to service my A/C. Everything was working fine and within a month there was no coolant/freon. They returned and confirmed the leak. They said it would cost $800.
