It was a breath of fresh air in Miami working with Lores Properties Investments. The owner Fernando was extremely responsive, professional and on time. He provided us with the estimate and start date and timings. Lores stuck to their start date and time elapsed. The delays were due to Coral Gables city and scheduling their inspections. Lores did an excellent job of clean up after the job. They left the property neat and ordered. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Lores and Fernando. Indeed a professional team. Something very rare in MIami area.
