In the Destin vacation rental market I have found that it is extremely difficult to find a condo cleaning service that is reliable, trustworthy and delivers quality service. Not to mention that maintaining the same cleaning service for longer than one season is a challenge. He is organized, a great communicator and has come to my rescue on numerous occasions. Customer service is important to this team and they are willing to do whatever it takes to overcome a challenge for my guests & to make the rental of our condo a successful investment. I view Robert and his team as partners and they have been an intricate part of the success of my vacation rental investment. Their pricing may be on the high side when compared to other cleaning services in the Destin area. However, I feel that it is money well spent.

Robert is extremely responsible and takes the welfare of his clients seriously. He responds quickly to questions or concerns. As a first time property manager, I've had questions that were not strictly related to cleaning. He's been willing to share his experience and observations with me. His cleaning team is efficient and leaves our property in excellent condition.
