The house was not wired correctly for this project. It took some engineering thought before engaging. Cory took the time to look at all of the possibilities before starting. The project wasn't simple as much of the coax and cat 5 had to be run from scratch. To my amazement, they were able to in stall everything perfectly the first time and fish wires through all of the walls without a single dry wall repair. They came fully prepared with over a dozen different types of cable, all of the hard to find accessories, and a professional level of tools of the trade to complete the work at hand. They were somewhere between skilled craftsmen and skilled artisans. Being in the IT field, I knew this job would be difficult. I found lower cost companies. After the project, I realized that the difference in price was basically zero in regard to the level of professionalism and service I received. I'm sure all of their staff is professional, Corey, the lead installer, even filled up his truck with the trash from the large TVs, vacuumed out every bit of dust, and walked me through at the end to make sure I was satisfied. I could go on, but it is safe to say, it doesn't come any better.

The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what he found and what he was going to do to resolve the problem. He also gave me advice as to where to find more information about the system on the CD that was left during the installation. When he left, everything was working like it should and I've had no issues with the system since.
