He called me back promptly (within a couple of hours) and agreed to stop by later that afternoon to give me an estimate. He was extremely professional and thorough in his inspection of my situation. He explained to me what he would need to do and what I could expect. His price was very fair and I asked him to do the job as soon as he could. He was out the next morning (right on time) and the results were better than I expected. I would recommend him to anyone and he will be the one I call for my next pressure washing need.

I made arrangements a month an advance, having Greg go by and give me an estimate. I had gotten an estimate from another company on you list. The estimates were very close, but Greg seemed to be more knowledgeable and described the process. I explained my situation concerning time restraints and that I was going to have someone fixing a back wall so I needed to go ahead and get his service done. We agreed on a time and date. They were on time and very professional. Greg explained how they would preform their service and about how long it would take. They were great. The house and fencing looked wonderful. I would recommend their company to anyone wanting a great job at a fair price.

Greg has pressure washed our office several times and he never disappoints. He is here when he says he will be, always super nice and is a great communicator . He and Jason did an awesome job. My house looks like a new house. Showed up at 9:00, just as scheduled, never took a break, he didn't stop until every minute speck of green was gone. Greg and his associate are extremely professional, courteous and punctual.

Our white vinyl siding home was showing a lot of green mold this year. We contacted 3 different pressure wash companies. One called back with an estimate of $300 after looking at our house on Google Earth. A second pressure wash company came out and provided an in-person estimate of $350 at first and then we bargained the price down to $300. He explained it would take about 7-10 hours because he worked alone. Gregg Goodson was the 3rd company we contacted and he responded to our voicemail the next business day, The following day, he provided an in-person estimate of $310 after walking around the house and listening to what we wanted done. His demeanor and dress were very professional and he explained that it shouldn't take no more than a few hours for his company to accomplish the task. We let Gregg know a day after he provided the estimate that we selected his company. His first available date was Friday, 11 Oct but my wife explained we wouldn't be home and we wanted to be there when the cleaning was done. Gregg said he could take care of it while we weren't home but he understood and rescheduled for the following Tuesday, 15 Oct at 9:30 AM. Greg's employee, Jason, arrived a litte before 9:30, went right to work with a water-bleach pressure wash solution and had everything completed by 11:45. The siding and outside of the gutters were sparkling and the driveway and walkways were clean and back to their original color. Jason even cleaned the picnic table on the patio and pressure washed front porch as well. We were very pleased with the professional service of Greg Goodson and Assoc Inc and feel very comfortable recommending this company to other potential customers on Angie's List.

Mr. Goodson is a real pro! He took care of my property just like it was his home. I'd recommend him without reservation and will be using him regularly in the future.

It took two weeks to get an estimate, but once a date and time were set things went well. Well equipped and skilled operator completed the job as promised.

Greg arrived at the agreed upon time. His work is fast, efficient and professional. There is no doubt that Greg has been performed pressure cleaning services for a long time and knows what he is doing.

Mr. Goodson replied promptly to my request for a quote for the work. His rates were very competitive with other power-washing services in the area. I went with him due the feedback on this site regarding his high quality service and attention to detail. The work was accomplished within 5 days of the quote and Mr. Goodson followed up asking if I was happy with the work he'd completed. High marks for professionalism. His company was very attentive to detail, cleaning in and around the eves and gutters of my house and were very careful not to damage windows, light fixtures, and siding. I would definitely hire Mr. Goodson again.

Very experienced and been in the business for many years. It shows in the excellent quality work that was performed. Showed up on time for estimate and when the work was to be performed.
