The locksmith arrived on time, worked quickly and did an excellent job. He was even able to fix a problem lock that I hadn't been able to operate. I would definitely use them again.

The work went exceptionally well The fellow who came knew what he was doing, gave us options around the mechanisms and completed the work in a timely manner. We have been very happy with the result

The locksmith came to the school even though I found out after purchasing that we were not in their area of covergage. They worked it out to send one of their guys over because he lived in my area. So he came on his way home and worked to get my vehicle unlocked after hours!

Call on emergency basis. Arrived about 60 minutes later. Solved the problem promptly and professionally Price unknown to me--paid by the realtor I also had them make some duplicate keys a few days later (they are the physically closest locksmith). All of the keys worked--and they were cheaper per key than the hardware stores, where I have found many copy failures. I will use them again.

Called on Friday 9/25 requesting that locks in my home be rekeyed. I was not there and friends agreed to wait for the technician to arrive for appointment scheduled for Monday 9/28 between 2-4 pm. The technician (name was Chris) arrived just before 4 and indicated that he could not do the job because it would take at least two hours. He said that he would be back the next day. I knew that I would not be there the next day and reluctantly allowed him to keep a key for when he came back. Heard nothing the following day (9/28) and when I called Chris on Wednesday he indicated that he operates according to the home office schedule. He then indicated that I would need to call the main number to check the status of my appointment. When I called the main office, I spoke with Bill (I think). He indicated that Chris hadn't worked the day before and that he didn't know why Chris had indicated to me that he would be coming the following day. He then proceeded to tell me that they had needed to order parts and that these parts had not yet come in. He then said that it was going to be substantially more expensive than they originally thought. After I realized that he nothing more to say, I asked what the plan was and he indicated that they would give me a call when parts came in . I then had to ask when this might be and he indicated that he didn't know. Cancelled the order and back to square one. And now I have to figure a way to get my key back

He seemed to know what I was talking about. He came out and did it and they ordered the stuff and they got it when they said they would and they came out and finished the job.

The trunk key lock on our 2009 Hyundai didn't work. I tried the dealer, a recycle center and another locksmith with no solution. Driving by we saw Destin Locksmith and stopped in. I explained the problem and he said let me look. He came out, lubricated the key lock and it started working. I thanked him and offered to pay, he smiled and sent me on my way. For any lock work we know to call them.

Great work done in a timely fashion! Mike gave us a call before his arrival--he was on time--went over what we wanted done, and installed the locks we had already purchased at Lowe's. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done for us! I don't know if others have had problems with other locksmiths in the area, but I have. One company in particular--stars with A and ends with Z--has failed to deliver in the past. Destin Locksmithing will do the work they promise, show up when they are scheduled to show up, and charge a reasonable price for the labor they perform!

The technicians in the field were courteous and professional, but the communication was miserable.
