They failed to show twice and failed to contact me twice that they were not showing. No excuse.

Price was below the estimates of several other local tree services. The job site was on a steep slope and access was difficult. The job took two days. The crew cleaned up the worksite before they left the first day which was very nice. The workers were very responsive and completed all the requested work in a timely manner. We requested a few changes after the work had started and they were very accommodating in completing what we asked for.

Never heard back from our phone call so we went with someone else who was fabulous!

Coastline provided a written estimate which the billing amount. They removed 3 trees, trimmed a 4th tree and shaped/trimmed bushes ahd shrubs throughout the rest of the property. They arrived on time, did what they said they'd do, cleaned up, and left. Professional from start to finish.

I called for a bush hogging estimate and left a message when no one answered. My call was never returned. So I did not consider them for the job or call them a second time.

Coastal submitted estimate for work which I approved after some revisions. Workers showed up as scheduled and completed all work as agreed. Crew cleaned yard afterword. All in all, a very professional and respectful operation.

They came, they sawed, they cleaned up, in less than 6 hours.

It didn't. On Monday requested an estimate on removing 4 large magnolias and 4 smalls ones and stump grinding. Advised I had the trees marked with orange tape. Person called and said they would come by the property on Tuesday and give me a call. No one came by or called Tuesday. On Wednesday I called and left a message. Person called back and apoligized, stated they were very busy. Asked the same information I supplied before and said they would get it done Wednesday and email me a quote. This is Friday afternoon. I have given up.

They were very responsive but they were higher than other companies that I got estimates from.

Not easy to get these guys out here but when the crew showed up they did an A+ job trimming and clean up was excellent after the job. I'll use them again without hesitation.

I am fairly new to Destin and bought a house and needed some extensive tree work done. I had 3 estimates and the best one came from Coastline Tree Service. I have always tried to stick with quality over quanity and their price seemed to be in the middle. I like the professionalism that I received from Aubrey. When she answered the phone, I had to ask if it was the answering service and she replied politely that no, she was the real deal. Not only did she answer the call and get all the info, but she came out within the hour to give me the estimate. I was surprised that a female showed up, in a car. I was expecting a big man with a big truck! Well, after agreeing to the estimate later that afternoon, we were scheduled within 2 days. The big trucks and big men eventually came. So did the professionlism of a fantastic "WORKING" crew. They were amazing and made everything look so easy. I was amazed with the team work from the crew and when I offered them a bottled water, I asked how long they had been doing this and Bill I believe, said he had been doing tree work for almost 20 years and had been with this company for 10 years. Shocking! I hear their name all the time from locals and they seem to be the best tree service in the Destin area.
