I recently purchased a home and moved from another state. It has been quite an undertaking, trying to find new companies for various home services. The first pool company I called scheduled an appointment, but never showed up. I d never utilized Home Advisor, but decided to give it a try. I chose Aron Jones Pool & Spa Cleaning, and scheduled an appointment. He called me right away to confirm, and we met the next day. Aron was on time, professional and is very knowledgeable about pool systems. His rates are reasonable and he has shown up every week, as promised I m extremely pleased with his services and recommend him to anyone looking for a pool service company.

Aron is a former Military person and it shows in his work. He cleans his pools himself rather than hiring people who have no knowledge of pool cleaning. He takes pride in his work and always left our pool looking spectacular! If you have a question-he promptly answers it and is an overall very nice man.

We hired Aron to service our pool and fix a leak. He explained that he would use a leak detection company. We asked for an estimate only, but Aron said they went ahead a fixed the leak without authorization and the cost was $800. After a bit of cajoling he gave me the number for the leak company who told me that they only charged Aron $200 total. We confronted him and he was embarrassed and said he felt awkward for the misunderstanding. Basically, he tried to rip us off at almost 4 times the cost because we do not live in the area. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this service provider.

My pool was in terrible condition because it had been neglected for almost 3 months. I called Aron and he was up for the challenge. He saw the pool for the first time on a Wednesday and it looked like pea soup! I had renters coming to my home on Friday and they were expecting a pretty pool they could swim in. Aron made me feel confident by his knowledge of chemicals and his expertise in his field. He was easy to communicate with and was patient when I was anxious about the condition of the pool. He came several times during the next 3-4 days to ensure the clorine levels were correct and safe for our renters and to make sure my pool was pristine. I am so happy I hired Aron (I interviewed 4 people in my search) and feel confident we will have a long and pleasant Working relationship.
