+ 0 moreconsidering they started with a complete blank slate meaning I (homeowner) did the whole demo - they took over 5 months with shoddy sub-contractors and it was fight the whole time. Never believe a general contractor when they tell you if you have a problem to call and they will show and make things right. We called many times and terrible work was never fixed but covered up. I will give pictures of work and copies of thought provoking receipts

Description of Work: I had a inspection of my new home done by mark of Arista builders and they did a check me test of the A/c system . They found the system to operated ok but I needed to seal all the pot lights and vents because of the leaks and also re insulate my attic.. I saved about 1/2 ton of a/c by doing that and it mad a big difference to my heating and cooling bill . I thinked I saved about $100 dollars a month by doing that .they were very responsive and professional , he wanted to make sure that they check every way that I could save on my A/c cost.. great company and people to work with
