The entire operation of Jim Tanner & his crew at AdvantaClean are unparalleled. I can’t recommend them enough. The exceptional service began with my initial call to the dispatch/office. She took the time, energy and patience to talk me through the next steps after sustaining significant water damage from Hurricane Sally. Jim Tanner arrived to do an estimate and provided us with invaluable information before we ever signed a contract or paid a deposit. They meticulously documented all the moisture, water and damage for our insurance company. His crew (Jay, Matt & Andrew) came in and worked tirelessly to demo, remove, tape off unaffected areas and remediate the damage. They showed up early and stayed late. They left the house so clean after all the chaos. Their reports were detailed, accurate and so helpful. They gave us recommendations to get repair estimates. It really felt like at every step they always went the extra mile. We even had subsequent water intrusion and Jim came out to assess the situation. They really are a top notch operation.

A company is only as good as the people that work there. Jim and his team were outstanding by every measure that you could think of in grading any business . When my house become flooded, they were fast to the job had all the right modern equipment, worked as a team and saved me from further expense and damage, they also bill my insurance directly.
