AdvantaClean was hired to clean the air ducts and dryer vent at our home. We had done several renovations since buying the home and needed the ducts cleaned from sheetrock and concrete dust. The team did an excellent. job. They were professional, courteous, responsible and thoughtful. They protected the environment and cleaned up afterwards. They sent us pictures of the before and after so we could see exactly what was done. They were on time and worked diligently to complete the process in a timely fashion. And never heard a complaint even though the ambient temperature was almost 100 degrees. I can't imagine what it was like in the attic! Their cost was less than 2 other companies we had quote the job. Thanks to all the guys. I'll recommend you to anyone who asks.

We had a Hot Water heater hose malfunction and fill our condo with 1 to 2 inches of water. It ran for two days before anyone reported it. Upon calling Jim & Jay they responded and were on site in less than 2 hours. Their team set up and began excellent and professional remediation service. They took care of our Condo like it was their’s. Jay went out of his way to explain everything they were doing and documented it all. They were thorough and exceptionally clean throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this Team to anyone.

The entire operation of Jim Tanner & his crew at AdvantaClean are unparalleled. I canâ  t recommend them enough. The exceptional service began with my initial call to the dispatch/office. She took the time, energy and patience to talk me through the next steps after sustaining significant water damage from Hurricane Sally. Jim Tanner arrived to do an estimate and provided us with invaluable information before we ever signed a contract or paid a deposit. They meticulously documented all the moisture, water and damage for our insurance company. His crew (Jay, Matt & Andrew) came in and worked tirelessly to demo, remove, tape off unaffected areas and remediate the damage. They showed up early and stayed late. They left the house so clean after all the chaos. Their reports were detailed, accurate and so helpful. They gave us recommendations to get repair estimates. It really felt like at every step they always went the extra mile. We even had subsequent water intrusion and Jim came out to assess the situation. They really are a top notch operation..

We needed an Air Quality Test after a room was wiped and air scrubbed after an AC failed. Jim s team was prompt, professional and courteous. We requested overnight delivery of the test to the lab, which was handled with ease. We couldn t be happier with the service we received from AdvantaClean.

AcantaClean was already on-site cleaning my neighbors dryer vents. I walked up and asked if they could by chance knock out another job in the condo building while they were here and even though it was already late in the day they stayed around and not only cleaned my dryer vents, but also my in-laws dryer vents too! They were very nice and professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dryer vent cleaning service.

This was a duct cleaning job where register box mottling persisted after spray bleaching. Home Advisor's first company (Preferred Environmental Solutions, through Emerald Coast Air) assigned 3 successive tech who never came, so 6 weeks later Advanta Clean got the job, They came in just a few days. Mat and Jay worked hard. They could not remove one of the blowers for cleaning, due to design with coil in the way, but they did what they could in place. They got to that plenum through the side.

Jim was professional, prompt and courteous. All work was completed on schedule. Was kept informed during the entire process. Highly recommend.

Jim was great! He came to inspect our new house for mold and give advice on cleaning the air. While using his infra red gadget he found several spots throughout our duct work with leaks of cold air. After cutting out a wall to explore we found the main trunk of the duct work was disconnected! We added insulation to all the areas he saw the leaks and now itâ s a brisk 74° in the house! This saved us thousands of dollars because we were ready to get a new AC system!

I am really glad I chose Jim CEO of Advantaclean to asses the 'smell' issue in the laundry area at my cottage, which Jim found to be an issue with the Exhaust Vent in the ceiling and not a possible water leak that concerned me.
