They did a good job cleaning my windows however I wanted to be put on the schedule once a month. Laurie asked me if she could just fit me into their schedule once a month wherever they had an opening. She would call me when the had an opening each month. I waited for her call. After a month and a half went by I decided she must not be interested in my business. So I began searching on Angie's List. I did not know that Angie's List also contacts the businesses with referrals when a list comes up for me to choose who I would like to go with. Laurie called me up and was very rude to me complaining that she had been charged $25 for this referral. She said why didn't you call me. I said why didn't you call me. She then continued complaining and talking rudely to me about this charge. So I said you know what...I am the customer....I don't have to work with you anymore! I have now found a wonderful window cleaning service that values my business and will schedule me once a month with no problem and is less money! Win, win for me!

OUTSTANDING!! This company is first-class from start to finish, you will not be disappointed if you hire AAA Contractor Services to clean your house/buildings! From scheduling with Laurie to having the house and storage shed cleaned, they were pleasant to work with and everything happened just as, and when, Laurie said it would. They were right on time and did a tremendous job cleaning the house and shed, using a not "too high" pressure system, less wear on the house. They even smelled better for a while after the job was done due to the cleaning solution they use. Highly recommend and will definitely hire again. House and shed look great!

Laurie was amazing! She promptly replied to all of my messages and matched the price on a competitors bid. The pressure washing didn't clean some of the areas that had come clean when it was pressure washed before, but that may be due to the aging of the paint. The driveway mold spots also didn't come as clean. They said they had used a strong dose of chemicals and that was a clean as they could get it.

The company responded to my request over the weekend, performed the services within 2 days. They also took pictures for me as I am an out of town owner.

They did an excellent job with both the pressure washing of our home and cleaning our windows. They were very professional, polite, and right on time with our job. We would highly recommend AAA Contractor Services to everyone we know and we will definitely use them again in the future.

I contacted this company through the message center on Angie's List and received a call back within a few hours to schedule my estimate. Laurie came out the very next day to take pictures of the work I wanted done and got me an estimate the next business day. They were able to schedule me the following week. The workers came out, identified themselves and confirmed the work to be performed. After they were finished they did a walk around with me and pointed out spots where my paint was weak and how they were able to clean it. They weren't able to get a few rust spots from rusted metal but they identified the areas that they were unable to get. Laurie closed the deal with a follow up satisfaction call. Everything went well and I would definitely use this company again.

Great! Laurie and her team are awesome!! Laurie was very professional at scheduling the appointment by phone, text and email and the techs were very professional, polite, courteous and performed the service in a very timely manner!! Discovered on their website that they provide other services such as rust removal and window cleaning and in the process of coordinating with Laurie a second appointment for these services... Will use AAA again for yearly house maintenance and will recommend them highly!!

Excellent job on both house, roof sidewalks and driveway. Looks like a brand new home! Very satisfied with the whole experience!

I achieved outstanding results with AAA Contractor Services, Inc. proving that professionals with the right experience and equipment can provide the very best results. My repeated efforts to take some of this work on my own (I am handy), were wasted efforts by comparison. In very workman-like fashion a whole crew came to the property and tackled a house and the drive at the same time. I could not accomplish in two days what this crew did in a matter of hours. The results are terrific! The two homes haven't looked this good since they were built new. Last, there was a spot of paint on my shutters that was peeling and there was mold on it as well. It was an area I was keeping a watchful eye. How they managed to clean it and not fleck the paint off, I will truly never know. Again, professional from start to finish. There is no doubt I will call on this company again. And I won't wait too long between power washing now I have a reliable company to call.

They did a fantastic job. It's been so long since we have seen our home in this (clean) condition that we've forgotten what it's supposed to look like. This was well worth every penny spent (we had a huge amount of square footage cleaned), our home looks great and is certainly in better condition with all of the crud off of the walls. We will be using AAA Contractor Services in the future.

Very well, house looks great, people doing the work were professional, owner managed the project and inspected prior to completion. All in all a good experience.

This provider was on time, very reasonable, priced gutter cleaning, then was able to add power washing the patio for a very reasonable price. If I was still in the area, I would definitely use him again.
