MY request for cleaning service was in error on my part and not wanted. They showed up on a re-scheduled time for the gutters, were courteous, professional and cleaned up after they finished. I will consider using them for future projects.

The crew was on time, but I had some concerns about the cost of the job and the attitude of one of the employees. I received a phone call from Lori who apologized for the employee’s attitude and stated that she would address the situation. She also assured me that the cost was in line with the size of our home, but offered to adjust my bill downward. She was very professional and accommodating. I feel that my experience was most likely a one-time situation. I would recommend them again, because the quality of the work was good and my concerns were addressed appropriately.

Alfonso did a very good job. He power washed all my exterior home, the lanaï, the deck , the entry and the driveway. He also whashed and dried all my window. Job well done and the price was reasonable. Thank you Alfonso!

Not a great judge yet on value for the money, but the customer service and communication from the office was excellent. It hasn't rained yet since the gutters were cleaned, so I'm not sure yet how the cleaning will affect their performance.

Very professional; I loved that Laurie kept in touch so I didn't have to wait around the house all day. Brian did a very thorough job of cleaning our windows inside and out - they've never looked better! He was very careful and considerate inside. Overall an excellent experience!
