I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Carl & the Tropicana team! Our pool project took about 6 months to complete & every step of the way we were informed of exactly how things would go. Any & all questions we had were answered promptly & we never felt like we were a “hassle” as some contractors/companies can make you feel. We absolutely love our new pool & would recommend Tropicana to anyone who is in search of a pool company : )

The construction of my pool was amazing. All of the men and women who worked on my pool were absolute professionals. Yes there were small bumps along the way but tropicana pools handled everything. Carl and Vicki were on top of everything. All the parts and little bits of the pool came together in such a professional manner. I was so impressed with the subcontractors that worked on my pool. I am so very happy that I picked tropicana pools to do my pool.

Tropicana Pools is awesome!! The communication was incredible. Vikki and Carl answered every call, text, and email the same day! We received phone calls and texts with updates on when workmen were coming and what was going to happen. Both of them were patient with out questions. The coordination of the work was awesome. We had two very tiny delays in the final steps of completion but the pool was done and we were swimming exactly when they said we would!! Tropicana is very reasonably priced compare to other companies. I highly recommend Tropicana Pools to anyone---in fact my family member is using them now for their pool construction.

Carl did an amazing job communicating and explaining what needed to be done along with meeting their completion time frame. Pool looks amazing and I know I got the best price for my money. Honest, trustworthy and dependable ample describes them.

It went great , I have gotten a lot of projects done to my home and by far they were the most responsible and had the best communication through out the whole process , everyone I know that got a pool done said they waited forever mine was done in just 3 months and of course the pool came out amazing

Delivered what was expected and more! Great attention to detail. Carl was very professional and kept great communication throughout the process. The Pool took less than the time expected to complete. Pool came out beautiful!!! Would recommend to everyone! Great job Tropicana pools!!!

The work went well, they just finished in the middle of February, they built the pool, Carl was on top of everything and very responsible to make sure that the pool gets done within the timeline. He did a really good job.
