Total Turf

I've had this landscaper on my property for about a year. The guy that owns this company goes by the name of William. He is the most unprofessional individual I have ever met in my life. First of all he charges more than everybody else, so just when you think you are going to get the top-notch service it's quite the opposite. If there's any problem on your property, don't dare bring it to his attention because then he will spend an hour telling you about how wonderful he is and how he has all these other properties that are so perfect and that I should go and see them (like I have time to do that). He never knows what's going on because when he comes to my house, he just sits in his air-conditioned truck on his phone while some little Mexican guy does the yard, and doesn't speak English so it's impossible to communicate. So if I explain to William that there's a problem in the yard with his helper weed whacking my vegetables or my healthy plants, or that the edging line looks like somebody who is blind edged it, he will tell me they didn't do it. (Must be the landscaping ghost). Also when he started doing my yard, I didn't get a bill for months and then when I did get it, he wanted to get paid immediately. So I went ahead and paid him for many months in advance just so he would get off my back. Of course, when you pay in advance you know what you get?? Nothing. You can't win with this loser. I wouldn't recommend this guy to weed whack the weeds in my most worst enemy's yard. He should stick to commercial jobs where nobody cares. I think I'd rather get a pair of dull scissors out and cut my yard one blade of grass at a time rather than have this loser at my property ever again.

Our lawn really does look a lot different. I'm very pleased. I'm looking forward to our landscaping project in the future.

William and his team really do show the true meaning of you get what you pay for. They are not the cheapest but they are by far the BEST!! Respectfully, full of suggestions that we can do on our own or have them do and the work they do each week is nothing short of amazing! Our yard has never looked better! Great Company that I will happy to recommend to anyone!

Excellent experience. Knowledgeable review of work needed in advance. Crew arrived as scheduled, worked diligently until job was completed. All debris was collected and hauled away. Would definitely hire them again.
