Hired Total Service Contracting for the labor portion of our remodel as we had gutted the room previously and wanted to purchase the bathroom items ourselves from multiple vendors. Had TSC do drywall changes, re-frame exterior door, install new tub/shower with wall tiles and glass doors, new toilet, new vanity/sink, new lights, new exhaust fan and new floor tile beyond bathroom to hall. We have no complaints at all. Steve, owner, and Jorge are patient, engaging and professional. Will use TSC again with no hesitation.

When we needed to look for a new roof we did exactly what you’re doing. We researched and looked at reviews from customers and then decided to contact Total Service Contracting. Steve the owner is so professional and everyone who worked on the roof is on his payroll. A quality team, that worked efficiently and cohesively. They cleaned the property of all the debris and we’re really happy with their service. Steve & his team, stayed in budget, completed the project early with above and beyond total service. Everything passed final inspection with city and we’re grateful for the peace of mind.

After living in our Maronda home for twenty years we felt it was time to remodel our small master bathroom. We decided to look online, found TSC Inc. here and the BBB website listed with good ratings. The owner, Steve, came to our home after we called him just a few days later. He was professional and pleasant. I told him what I envisioned, he took notes, measured walls, sketched drawings. By the time that initial visit ended, we felt confident that we had made the right decision. We had a hideous octagonal window in the bathroom that didn't open, it was important to me that I have one that opened to vent the bathroom steam after a shower. He said no problem, and measured for a rectangular window that opened and closed. The crew that worked on the project was friendly and respectful. The carpentry needed to remake the shower was done with lots of care, using the best material and expert skills. My tiles were meticulously put up, they made my shower as big as space allowed it, and created a marble tiled half wall that enclosed the shower beautifully. They re-positioned the commode to center into the space available, painted the untiled area, ceiling, and retouched my existing cabinets to match the bathroom. It was all done flawlessly and professionally. Steve came over every day to check on his crew and inspect the work. I was informed daily on the progress and what I could expect for the next day. His suggestions were always helpful. Something that is extremely important to me is that people coming into my home be pet friendly. Every morning they took a few minutes to greet the puppies, and my babies were always happy to see them. In closing, I can only say that any repair, remodel that I ever need, TSC Inc. will be the first I call. The services performed were outstanding in every way. Steve was always on time, always working hard and efficiently. His work was terrific and finished in a timely manner, and the project was completed just as planned. He was helpful in some areas where I had no answer or ideas. Installed before scheduled date and was done well. When we found an issue later, came right out and resolved it. Very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them. We got 3 quotes and theirs was 1/2 of the other quotes for the same service and quality materials and we are very pleased with their work.

Steve was very responsive and the work was done on time. The workers were very good and cleaned up everything when they finished. Steve was here often and kept up with all the details of the project. They did a very good job!

This was one of the easiest projects I have ever experienced. It was a joy to deal with Steve and his brother Max from the estimate all the way through the completion of the project. I have dealt with many contractors in my life but this was by far my best experience ever. These gentlemen are much more than contractors they are craftsmen of the highest caliber. I am so thrilled with my shower I can not find words to properly express how perfect it is. There is not even the slightest bump as you push the rolling shower chair into the shower. The shower heads are positioned perfectly as are the grab bars and the built in chubby hole that is used for shampoo and etc. Not only is it perfect in function but this shower is gorgeous as well. It looks like it belongs in a luxury hotel but it makes my home perfect.

After receiving bids from several roofers, we were extremely satisfied with our choice of Total Service Contracting (TSC). The quality of their workmanship, their "customer first" attitude, the courtesy of their workers and the meticulous hands-on involvement of the company's owner resulted in a timely and flawless completion of the job. He is doing work for me right now but he has worked for me several times before. The patio and the front walk project were very reasonable. We go back to him because he stands behind his work, our experience by far has been very fair in what he charges, and we know that if we have problems, he would fix it.
