Arrived promptly on day scheduled. Work completed promptly and professionally as described. I was overall satisfied with the work done. Pricing was a little higher than competitors but I felt more confident in the work with Screen Genie.

After the hurricane last year Screen Genie came out and fixed our pool cage which was partially in the pool and did some re screening. The employees were amazing, from start to finish. The lady who set my appt was so nice and the team came earlier than expected. The price point was very affordable. I would never contact another company when you have the best with Screen Genie! Great Work.

They came in at exact time and fixed the screens they plan to fix. Their pricing is comparable to those I checked on this listing app.

The job wasn't done. Screen Genie kept promising to stop by and provide a quote but I never heard from my contact Shawn even after I sent a follow up text and voice mail.

They never called back. I called them repeatedly and finally reached a live human Poor communications and very unprofessional.

Called for estimate. Joe showed up at the time he said he would. Price was lowest of the three estimates I got. Joe gave me a date and time work would start. Estimate time to complete job was 1/2 day. Received call 1 day prior to confirm. Joe and crew arrived on time and date agreed upon. Work started and was completed 4 hours, This job was done in a most professional manner, completed on time, site cleaned and done in workman quality. Crew was friendly and enjoyable to have them work here, I would recommend them for all your needs. I would have them back anything I need them.

Could not have gone better!! They did an excellent job, communication was great, everyone was super nice! Quite frankly I did not think they charged enough for what they did and I paid them more than they billed me for. These are just nice people!!!

They did a great job. They did exactly what they said they would do. Their quote was slightly higher than another that we received, but they offered to do so much more than just "rescreen" our enclosure. They pressure washed everything, resealed it, and fixed all the hardware. It almost looks brand new! We made an appointment further out, but they had an opening sooner, so they came out and did the job in one day. Our screen enclosure is pretty old, but they gave it new life.

Excellent work...cant speak highly enough of Joe and his team. The business is a family owned and operated and their high work ethics reflect it. I completely recommend The Screen Genie to everyone.

Wonderful! It was a small job and thought no one would want to waste their time with it, but Joe came to do the estimate and was very nice about everything. I hired his company and he showed up punctually and completed the work and I am very pleased with how it looks and how it turned out. I would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't be more pleased. The quote was fair and Joe was able to schedule the work quickly. He presented me with a variety of options and prices, which allowed me to pick a solution that fit my budget. He and his team came on-time, as promised and had all the materials to do the job. They worked quickly, even in the heat of the day, and were extremely professional. They paid attention to the details, caulking all the seams nicely and made sure there were plenty of quality stainless screws securing the gutter. They also made sure that everything drains properly. these guys will definitely be my "go-to" for anything related to my pool screen enclosure going forward.
