The owner, Mitchell Taylor, is not only experienced, highly qualified, and personable, but he was also able to book the appointment at my earliest convenience. On the appointed morning, Mitch arrived on time, easily identified the location of the tank, and undertook to do the job quickly and thoroughly. Although my septic tank had not been looked at for quite a long time, no unnecessary services were suggested beyond the expected routine pumping, cleaning, and inspection. Mitch answered all my questions clearly and expertly which gave me the added confidence that I had engaged the best man for the job. He is a conscientious and dedicated service man. The fact that he is local and independent adds to the long list of reasons - prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, very reasonably priced - that I unhesitatingly give Taylor Septic Services my highest recommendation.
