Richard and his team ( his son and father) did a great job from start to finish. They were easy to work with and very nice. Richard really seemed to care about his quality of work and everything looked great. I plan to hire him again for our next painting project.

Always punctual, extremely responsive to any/all communications, and did great work. We used Richard and his family to paint a few things in our house and eventually had him come back three more times to do other areas of our house. I spend an inordinate amount of time looking at reviews and getting estimates for most home repairs and Richard exceeded all of my expectations; so much so, we still have several rooms we plan on hiring him for. Quality paint, application, service... I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Richard Lopez LLC, contacted me promptly after my initial inquiry. Richard came to review the work to be done and gave us a written proposal that include tasks to be performed, prices for the work and possible start dates. Arriving promptly on the agreed date, he explained how the work would proceed. He and his team prepared the areas to be painted. The calking, painting and clean up were very professionally done. We are extremely pleased with the job and will work with him in the future on the exterior of our home. His rates were very reasonable and the work professional.

Richard was awesome. This is the second time I used him. The first time I hired him it was for just my master bedroom and bathroom. We used him this time for the entire interior of our home. His pricing is fantastic. I received a few bids, and he always wins by a significant margin. Price matters, but not if I have to sacrifice quality. Luckily, with Richard, you get both. He and his crew did a fantastic and meticulous job. They cleaned up and I didn't notice any paint spots on the floor. I asked them to paint the trim as well and he did a very precise job on that. He is just the best!

This project went perfectly. Richard layed out the individual cost for each room and included two coats of top quality paint. We originally thought we'd have him do a couple of rooms at first and more later but the price was so reasonable we had Richard complete the entire project and are so pleased we did. This project was needed to paint over very dark colors recently applied by the former home owner. Richard was responsive to phone texts and calls and easy to contact whenever we believed we needed to. He was also flexible, adjusting to our schedule as we just recently moved into our home. Richard and his team were on time everyday and everything was neat during painting and cleared up everyday. The work took two and a half days and a proceeded in a very professional workman like pace with no effort wasted, even when we were entertained by a large black bear passing by the front of our house. There's no way we could be more pleased with the results. You'll be fully satisfied if you hire Richard's company for painting, I know we certainly are.

If you are looking for someone to paint your home so that you can be proud of what others see when they come into your home....then look no further. This family takes pride in their work and it shows. They work non-stop til the job is concluded. They paint with precision and use great quality paint. I will be using them again.

Richard was the consummate professional. He was prompt in providing an estimate along with an explanation of what procedures he would follow, what paint he would use and why, and how long the project would take to complete. I particularly was impressed with the meticulous work conducted to prepare the house for painting (i.e., taping plastic sheeting to cover the walls and furniture, and covering the floors). Richard was very task oriented but also personable and approachable. During the work process, he tolerated well my interruptions to see how things were going and answered any questions I had. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup was quite satisfactory. Note: Richard's son worked with him, primarily performing the preparation work and otherwise assisting Richard. He, too, was polite and responsive to any of my questions. Should I need any further painting, Richard will be the first painter I call.

Richard and his team painted several rooms for me. They show up when they are supposed to and are very conscientious about doing the proper prep work to make sure the job is done right. They do a good job and have nice attention to detail.I have also had him do exterior painting for me, which also turned out very well.

Went very well, they were very prompt, neat & professional. He applied 2 coats of paint on all the walls. Very clean crisp lines, very neat painter. Really takes pride in his work & very nice to deal with.

The painters were awesome and it is a family owned business that they do all the work themselves. They were great to work with and did an exceptional job on our home. It looks like a brand new house and we would use them again in a heart beat. Great with quality and communication also which is a must for me. I highly recommend them and their price was just right. You won't be disappointed if you need your house painted as they are great in their trade.

Took two days. They were very careful, cleaned up after themselves and house looks great. They were knowledgeable and professional. Showed up when they said they would and worked very hard. They are going to paint my pool deck in July. Can't say enough good things.

After already having painted our master bedroom, closet, and all of the trim in the house, and then having painted the exterior of our house, we asked Richard to paint our exterior lights - 4 large lights in the front of the house, and 4 smaller lights on the patio and side of the house. Richard did an excellent job, and made our lights look brand new. It saved us hundreds of dollars over buying new lights. We couldn't be happier with Richard's services and reasonable prices.

We contracted with Richard Lopez to paint about 75% of the interior of our 4000 square foot house. After sending Richard the color codes for our paint selections, Richard quickly followed up with a series of dates to perform the work (over a two day period). We were impressed the first day when Richard and his team arrived on time and immediately went to work on the unenviable task of prepping the interior of such a large house for painting. The team was very professional and worked in a neat and well organized manner. Clearly, these are very skilled house painters and we could not be happier with the end result; everything looks great, there was zero damage and our house was back to normal shortly after the work was completed. Our only regret is that we did not contract to have even more of our house painted at once! Richard and his team managed to make the otherwise messy and stressful business of painting an easy and very low stress experience. We would definitely use Richard Lopez again and can highly recommend their services.

Richard kept us informed as to when he and his team would be able to prep our house and wall for painting, when the painting would begin, when they would arrive, and when the job would be completed. Richard, his dad and wife are excellent! We have had other painters, but he is awesome! They are clean, professional and punctual. They worked with me to use the paints that I wanted to (Benjamin Moore), even though it is not their usual paint (Sherwin Williams). They were so sweet to my daughter who is a chatterbox and was telling them stories every morning! The painting was so clean and they kept everything neatly in the garage when they left each day. They worked at a nice pace and completed the job in a timely manner and made sure the coverage was great by placing 2 coats! It is an awesome family business with great and talented people! Hire them, you will not regret it.

Richard, his father, and son did an excellent job painting my home. Richard was great with communication back and forth with me, about when he would be here, what he would be doing, and how long it would take. Excellent! This is my 2nd time using Richard to paint in our condo. (The first job was painting walls, and outside porch railing). He is very reliable in communicating--in fact, he replies to his calls quickly and follows up with a call when he knows when he will schedule a job. He shows up right on time and has all the tools he needs and works until the job is completed. I would definitely use him again!

Richard Lopez called us back within the same day, came out the following day to give us a quote. He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient. His quote was timely, detailed, and a reasonable price given the amount of work to be done. What a great painting company and family! They painted 2900 square feet of my home's interior. It included removing wall paper, texturing the wall, trim and door work, minor wall repairs, priming some areas, and painting. They are perfectionist, clean, punctual, trust worthy, hard working, kind, and do a wonderful job! Richard has an amazing family, and it was a joy watching them work together. I can't imagine anyone ever being disappointed in the outcome of their work. I highly recommend them.
