Last year Mr. Lopez painted the exterior of my house, so when I needed two bedrooms painted, I called him and he did not disappoint. He is even more of a perfectionist than I am. He is on time, very professional, works hard and does a wonderful job. Can't say enough great things.

He did exactly what he promised to high standards. Everyone who has seen the work has been impressed. It went so well we have hired him to do some exterior painting for my aunt as well as to return to my mother's house to paint the gutters and soffits, too.

Richard and his crew did an excellent job. They were neat, thorough and affordable. I had several quotes and Richard was by far the best. I will definitely use him for any painting I need done in the future and highly recommend him.

I'm in total awe of the high quality of Richard's work. It was very evident that he wanted to make sure he met and went beyond my expectations. Prior to and during the job, Richard clearly explained what and how he would complete things. The repair job done on damage caused by water leaks to the ceiling and part of the wall was amazing. I appreciated being consulted about every unexpected detail that came up. Places where paint met floor boards, cabinets, and other colors was sharp and precise. The house was left clean. I feel like I have a brand new home and won't hesitate to call him when I'm ready to have other rooms painted.

This family owned painting crew is amazing. Here is a example of how amazing they are. One of my bedrooms was dark blue yes the entire room lol and we removed shelving that left damage on the walls, Richard and his crew not only patched the wall amazing, but also painted it a cream color I am still in amazement over it. They made sure everything was taped and covered in every room very clean and professional. I highly recommend them and will be rehiring for outside. Thank again Richard AMAZING!

We had three estimates; RIchard's was not the lowest but he explained everything that he was going to do and gave me a strong feeling of confidence that his work would be very high quality. And it was; the house looks terrific! The paint looks very uniform and the lines between paint colors are sharp and straight and the trim work looks stunning! He even painted behind the refrigerator, a first. Best of all, Richard is a great communicator: responsive to every call and text and quite personable. He arrived exactly on time, finished on time and left the house as clean as it was when he and his team arrived.

I could not have found anyone better than Richard. Right from the time he gave me the estimate he kept in contact with me regarding his start date. We had received another quote and it was about the same as Richards so it's not that I chose by price. I chose Richard for his knowledge and professionalism in explaining just what needed to be done. We took wallpaper off the kitchen and guest and master baths. The walls were damaged due to the decades that the paper was on the walls. Richard and his team did an amazing job of repairing and painting the walls. When they were done you couldn't tell they had any damage at all. It was completed in the time he stated it would be and when they left I truly believe that they left the rooms cleaner than they were when they started. I will definitely be using Richard again. Rich, Ritchy and Ernie did a great job in prepping and painting the exterior of our house, the soffits, gutters and exterior metal stairs. They were prompt and always cleaned up after themselves. It's obvious that this family operated business takes pride in doing things right.

We had him come back and paint the interior.

Richard and his son were professional, considerate and friendly. They did a wonderful job and worked well together to make sure all needs were met. I would highly recommend them.

The contractor was on time for our initial meeting, and each subsequent time throughout the project. We walked the perimeter and he explained to me what he would be doing and what I should do to prep the area. At the end of each work day we again walked around and he showed me his progress and what to expect the following visit. The work area was cleaned up each evening, and the final day included another walk about where progress was discussed. Our shed and all the trim color on the house needed more paint than the contract stated would be applied. We agreed to new terms and the work was readily completed. I have only praise for Mr Lopez. His work ethic is genuine and my husband and I are very pleased with the outcome.

Very well. Richard and his team did a fine job. Had to wait a month because of his busy schedule but it was worth the wait.

After Richard Lopez with his father and son finished painting several of our interior rooms/ceilings, we asked for a quote to paint the outside of our house. He made an appointment to walk the exterior of the house. He explained the process in detail and gave us a contract with a very reasonable quote. We planned a date for the job. Richard arrived on time just as he said he would. Richard and Family really did a detailed cleaning of the exterior. The windows, exterior lights, areas of our fence that were close to the house were all taped off and protected from overspray. The cracks in the house were also caulked. They dug a trench around the entire exterior of the house to ensure the paint went below grade. Shrubs around the house were also covered before painting began. Once finished, the tape was removed from all areas and the trench was filled once the paint was dry. As someone else mentioned in their review, Richard and Family not only paint the exterior with spray and brush, the paint is also rolled on to make sure all exterior stucco is covered evenly. The final finish coat is applied which adds a beautiful exterior finish and it also provides waterproofing Richard Lopez LLC gives you a much more professional, beautiful and detailed job. Neighbors have said how the exterior of the house looks so nice and that they could tell it was professionally painted and detailed. I told Richard that I like to drive up to our house and smile – that is what Richard and Family gave us – something that makes us smile - a home with beautiful details, colors and a finish that makes it feel brand new!

Richard gave a quote that was very reasonable and explained the process to us and how long it would take to do the work. First he and his father and son (a wonderful family business) painted several rooms inside our home. He told us how long it would take, details on the process (taping, fixing issues with the walls/ceiling, etc.) They stuck to their plan and the work was done on time. The rooms looked wonderful when they finished. We recently had new floors installed prior to the painting and Richard and Family made sure windows, floors, lighting fixtures and ceiling fans were covered, taped, etc. with meticulous care. Richard was very prompt in all correspondence we had with him. He kept us informed about when he would arrive and what he planned to do. He was very professional and very detail oriented. He took great care in prepping the job: pressure washing, caulking, patching cracks and taping. He takes alot of pride in his work and it shows. He and his son did a top notch job on every part of the prep & painting. We really trust this guy and can highly recommend him. Our house looks better than it did when we bought it brand new 13 years ago! He even came back on a Saturday morning to finish a small part that wasn't even in the contract. We're very pleased.

We had previously used Richard Lopez LLC painting for the interior of our home. We were very pleased with both quality and customer service, we employed him to repaint the exterior of our home. Richard provided a fair estimate promptly and explained what the job entailed. He met the scheduled time Richard and his crew (father and his son) are very professional from start to finish. The house was pressure washed, caulked, cracks sealed and waterproof sealant applied. The windows, doors, were covered with film protection, the outside lights covered with protective paper. Richard Lopex and crew are neat and organized, conscious of surrounding property as they covered the neighbors car on his driveway and wrought iron fences as not to collect overspray. Neighbors observing his neat and orderly work habits inquired for estimates. We are very happy with the final results and wouldn't hesitate to hire Richard and company again

Excellent. He's very professional. He returns calls & text messages quickly. Cleanup was awesome and he's very meticulous so everything was done perfectly. There are things he did that went above and beyond. Taped all the windows with plastic, papered the top section of my screened in enclosure. Not the cheapest, but he was excellent. My neighbor also just hired him to do her home as well. Highly recommend.

From start to finish I have never dealt with a contractor with such professionalism. From the first call for Richard to come out to give me the estimate until the last day of painting, he kept me informed each step of the way. He arrived on time for the estimate, got the quote to me quickly, and followed up to make sure I received the quote and was I ready to proceed with the job. As I was not yet sure of the color scheme and needed some wood repairs to the house, he waited patiently and kept in touch with me until I was finally ready for the house to be painted. After I signed the contract he stayed in touch with me before he started the job, and during the job. Not once was I left to guess when the house was going to be painted or finished. Richard Lopez LLC is a family operated business that takes pride in their work. He will explain along the way what he is doing and why, and never got tired of the questions! From the start of pressure washing, to the finish of removing the paper and masking tape every thing is picked up, removed or put back in place. He noticed a few things along the way, like the color of the trim around the door that might look better being the door color, and he was certainly right about that, but it was a suggestion, up to me to make the decision. I had total trust in his suggestions due to his years of experience. Richard was at the house early and worked late to get the house painted quickly. He not only spray paints but also rolls the walls to make sure the paint is deep in the wood. Again, many steps along the way that I am sure others don't do, but should. I VERY highly recommend using him and I will most definitely use him again in the future for any painting needs I have. I love the way the house turned out, very happy with the finished product, and believe he is very reasonably priced. Richard, and his Dad and Son were wonderful. They were prompt, professional and great painters. They did a fantastic job!! I am having them come back to paint the remaining part of the house that they didn't paint the first time. They also painted my baseboards, crown, doors inside. They did the front doors and 2 outside doors. I would highly recommend them!!!
