We are extremely satisfied with the work Richard did! He was able to come out and do an estimate for us the same day we contacted him and he was able to start the next week and had everything done in two days (one at the rental house and one at our current house). Unfortunately for me, my eyes are able to pick out the smallest imperfections in things and I am very picky, but this wasn't a problem with Richard's work because he did a fantastic job. I am very happy with his painting. He is very professional and pleasant and takes pride in his work. It is apparent that he really strives to make his customers happy. In our rental home, he ended up doing a little more work than he quoted us for to ensure that it looked good and we would be happy with it. We will definitely be using Richard again for any future painting that we need. For the price and quality of work, its definitely worth not having to deal with doing it ourselves.

Richard Lopez is amazing! He is not only ethical and a good person all around but his work is also top notch. He painted our beach condo, removed several layers of wall paper, patched all the damaged walls, and also painted the trim, and ceilings in the whole unit. He was done within one week as promised and even had patience for me changing my mind a couple of times on different items in the process. I would highly recommend Mr. Lopez. His work and ethics are a true testament not only to his business, but also to the kind of person he is. Also, his pricing is very fair. I will hire him again in the future. If you hire Mr. Lopez, I know you will not be disappointed.

He is absolutely amazing, not only in the details of his work, but also in the consideration of my elderly and ailing mother (who resides with me), and my possessions. I could trust him to work unsupervised when I was at work and my mother was being taken to her appointments. His professionalism and details for small things are remarkable. He is a perfectionist and displays great pride in his work. He offers sound advice when asked, and has a marvelous eye for color. If things were not quite right, he would work to make them right. Because it rained a couple of days during the outside portion of the job, he came here to work on the weekends, and had the consideration to ask me first if it would be alright. I wish I had more for him to paint because he is a pleasant man, and a joy to have around.

Had a great experience. Richard was very professional,and also a very nice young man. He came to our home and painted all the doors and frames and then he and his helper painted all the walls and finished with the trim. When they were done he walked every room with us so we could check everything to make sure we were happy,and we were!

I found Richard on Angie?s List and hired him based on his positive reviews. He painted interior walls and ceilings in an 1800 sq. ft. apartment located above my garage. First, I was very impressed with his responsiveness, punctuality and eagerness to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted. He was very patient, answered our questions, explained the process and timeline and then delivered as promised. His quality of work was exceptional and did not take any shortcuts to save time or money. He was professional, very personable, cleaned up everything when the project was complete and exceeded our expectations. I will be using him in the near future to paint my pool deck and house exterior.

Richard Lopez was very professional and had the best pricing. It was a great experience working with him and this company. They were friendly, reliable, neat, and did a great job within the time frame quoted. We have high vaulted ceilings and tons of trim & railings, every surface was painted to perfection. They also did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. The exterior was also done neatly and efficiently, with high quality Sherwin Williams paint. With Richard's help making the house fresh and bright, we received multiple applications to rent out the home and had new tenants in there in a flash. We will definitely be hiring this vendor for paint jobs in our new home and other upcoming projects.

We did some major remodeling on the inside of our house. New wood floors were going to be installed along with new kitchen cabinets, but we wanted our walls and ceiling painted first. Richard worked with us and performed great work, and worked with us on the timing. After all the floors and cabinets were in, he came back and touched up those areas where other workman had messed up the painted walls. While he was there I asked him to give me a quote on repainting my patio area and portions of the exterior of my house. He gave me an estimate that I thought was extremely reasonable. Again he was very prompt and did a great job. I have no intentions of ever doing my own painting as long as Richard is around. He is easy to work with (works with your schedule), does great work, is very efficient and cost wise is very reasonable.

I had used Richard before to do both interior and exterior painting at the house from which we were moving and for some interior work at a rental property we own. He did an excellent job at those houses so I hired him to paint the interior of our new home. He began just after closing and prior to our move-in, but the work continued after our move-in, so he performed much of the job in the midst of our boxes and general move-in chaos. He painted walls, doors, shelves and trim work throughout the entire house. He does a fantastic job, but additionally, he is punctual, professional, and pleasant to have around the house. His prices are fair, and he did not flinch when, after painting the first coat in our main living area, my husband and I decided we did not like the color and wanted him to redo it. He is agreeable to coming back for touch-ups or to fix anything I noticed after the job was completed. I would not hesitate to use him again. I will be hiring him again in 2014 to paint the exterior of our rental property.

The best painter I've ever had. Have used him for exterior and interior for 3 years. Reliable, courteous and very reasonable. Best quality work I've ever had. Have been a homeowner for 35 years. Have referred to all my friend in the neighborhood and all super pleased. He treated my dog as if it was his own. Was extremely careful with my furniture and valuables. Extremely polite and dependable. I will never use any other painter. Impressed with the clean up and the way he had everything covered including his shoes. Happy to refer.

Fantastic! They worked together and protected all of our belongings. The ceiling in the kitchen was a trouble spot for them as the drywall contractors didn't do a great job, but Richard fixed the problems and painted it again and it looks great.

Great, Richard and his staff are very punctual and do excellent work. They are very neat and trustworthy. Throughout both of the jobs Richard was very good about communicating with us about arrival times and keeping us up to date about when the work would be completed. I would use Richard again for future painting projects and have recommended him to several of my friends and neighbors. The paint looks great, it was a pleasure to find a professional painter who takes personal pride in his work.

Richard came to my house to provide an estimate the same day I called him, and the estimates he gave for the various jobs I needed were very reasonable. He worked several days at my house, and on each one, he arrived at the stated time and worked throughout the day. He was always prompt, courteous and professional. He was careful to protect my property when he worked and when he finished, he cleaned up his work space. I would recommend him without reservation.
