I can't say enough great things about Richie and his family painting partners. His work is meticulous and his results are excellent. He's extremely neat, organized and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with his company and I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a top notch, quality painting company.

It went perfectly, Mr. Lopez and family were a pleasure to work with, they worked diligently, were on time every day. It took 3 full days and it turned out perfectly. They worked with high vaulted ceilings and their cut in work if flawless. I am extremely pleased with them in every way, would not hesitate to hire again. Mr. Lopez and family, no subs, are professional in every way, extremely respectful and paint skills and wallpaper removal are perfection. They arrived on the first day and went straight to work, they had all supplies and were very prepared for the job at hand. I just can't say enough good things about them. They move everything but the breakable stuff which we had done before they arrived. They cover everything to protect your furnishings every day and clean up every evening. If you want a thorough paint job with lines perfectly cut in then do not hesitate to hire Richard Lopez, LLC. You will be very happy you did.

Richard was very personable, and was timely with all communication, from setting up the free estimate appointment, to scheduling a time to get the job done. And we hit a snag where we were not ready for him to paint the exterior at the time he did all the interior work, and he came back later when we were ready at no additional charge! He and his crew were very professional, cleaned up, and took extreme care to not get paint where it did not belong. :) The paint job is beautiful, and has made a huge difference in how the rooms look and feel. We will definitely use Richard again in the future, as well as recommend him to others!

Richard completed painting the inside of my house last week. He did such an outstanding job, that I had him paint the complete exterior of my house. It's hard to imagine how you could find a better quality painter than Richard. Attention to detail is one of the factors that differentiate outstanding service providers and Richard attends to the details in a very complete manner. As I saw when he did the inside of my house, he is an exceptionally clean painter and does a through cleanup job when done. I highly recommend Richard, again.

While Richard Lopez llc was not able to service my area, he was still prompt, polite and courteous in responding back to me when I inquired about him possibly doing work for me.

Richard was impressive from first contact and throughout the entire process. With 20+ years of experience in painting, his professionalism and talent shines. He is very responsive to any questions, calls or text, maintaining very good contact throughout the project. Richard is very concerned about doing the job right and it is shown in the prep work and detail that he does throughout the job. He uses quality paint, a higher quality than many other painters, sure it may cost a little more, but it provides a better quality and longer lasting paint finish. He is very neat and cleans up better that most would expect from a painter. The wallpaper removal was a bigger job and more time consuming than expected, but he did it without comment to make sure it was done right. Looks great. I highly recommend Richard and will recommend him to others.

Richard responded to my phone call very quickly. He was excellent with staying in contact by texts and email with me for a proposal and for the actual work. He was prompt, neat, worked very hard with a short break-then went right back to the painting to get it finished on time. He primed and double coated an interior wall with paint. He also did the same with a small ceiling area in our foyer. He even solved a "painting challenge" left us by a previous painter--and the area looks terrific! I would definitely use him again.

Richard did exactly what he said he would do! He completed the job on time and in a very professional manner. The paint looks wonderful and he cleaned up the entire workspace when finished! Will definitely use his services again when needed.

.After finding and getting estimates from about 6 painters I signed up for Angie's List and found Richard Lopez Painting. Richard always answered all of my phone calls (and texts) very quickly, was always on time, he was very polite and I found him to be extremely trustworthy. Being a retired cop it takes a lot for me to allow someone alone in my home. Mr. Lopez did an excellent job for a fair price and I would definitely recommend him for any painting job. I will use him again!

My old ceilings look bright and new!!! Richard arrived with precise punctuality and worked diligently to not only complete the task at the predicted time, but he took nearly magical care to ensure that there would be no mess left behind. He turned the AC off so as to not allow the very fine spray paint to be pulled into the air handler, and he managed to place himself inside plastic bubbles, in each room, in such a manner as to be exposed to only the ceiling. All my possessions and floors were completely protected from the paint. As my ceilings had never been painted since construction in 1993, it took more paint than i had anticipated to get a thorough and even coat. Richard HAD anticipated this - he KNOWS his profession. After the painting was completed Richard magically folded in the powdery over-spay into the center of his plastic bubbles, and simply removed the mess as a wad of plastic. For Richard, that was not clean enough; he proceeded to sweep up and then mop up the small amount of powder that escaped the plastic bags. Richard painted all the ceilings of my house in this manner, and was completed in two days, leaving no mess after 6 pm either day. I cannot wait to see how he does on my next assignment for him, and it will be coming very soon...

From the estimate to completion of the job, prompt, polite and professional. Had to work with some beat up plaster walls and vintage wood cabinets and did a great job, Cleaned up nicely too.

Richard was punctual from the first phone call to the final details of completing the job. His attention to detail was outstanding (which is very important with interior painting). He showed up at 7:30 every morning, explained clearly what he was going to do and accomplished it. His prep work and neatness are excellent. He is very easy to work with, and he works hard. It is easy to see why he is such a great contractor. I will use him again in the future when we start on the other half of the house.

Richard gave us a prompt estimate detailing what the project included and an exact price. We chose Richard because of his glowing Angie's List reviews and because his estimate included pressure washing the sidewalk, driveway and back patio. When we asked why he had included the extra pressure washing, he said he feels the job would not be complete without it. He gave us an approximate start date and then contacted us to say his previous job was delayed and told us he would start one day later than originally planned. He started on the day he said he would. His meticulous attention to detail was impressive; he worked on our house with the assistance of his father, a retired painter himself. Richard was careful of our landscaping as well. We asked Richard for his opinion about paint colors we were considering and followed his suggestions. The color he suggested looks great on our house and blends perfectly with our shingle color. The project took four days total because we had a heavy rain day which caused a one-day delay. We are completely satisfied.

When Richard came out to bid on the job we discussed all of details surrounding the prep work and type of paint. I could tell he was very knowledgable for I have a combination of oil and latex based areas so it was important that he have experience in identifying and ensuring the appropriate prep work be performed. He did a beautiful job. It has been roughly 3 1/2 months now and I have had no problems with any of the work he has done. My exterior doors are holding up wonderfully and my baseboards and trim look great. He is very thorough and professional. He has a very steady hand and pays attention to detail. He did a fantastic job and ensured I was completely satisfied with his workmanship. He is also a really nice person and very trustworthy. I felt very comfortable leaving him unattended while I was out and about. I definitely recommend him to others needing quality workmanship.

Richard painted all the rooms in our new home before we are moving in. His quote was $1000 less than others I got. He is quick to respond. to our request for a quote. And he is very professional with an easy personality. Once we chose our colors the process was quick. I have to give Richard alot of credit. We had alot things to move before the walls could be painted. He moved furniture and things around to the middle of the room and covered it with plastic. I myself was overwhelmed at the amount of stuff that had to be moved. Richard took it all in stride. He made suggestions on doing something other than white walls because our house had character. We chose some really nice colors. The job took 3 days. And we have a great looking house. He left the job clean. And we are very satisfied. We'll use him again and recommend him to anyone.

As a first time home buyer we had a short window to paint an entire home, we did our research and had a lot of estimates come through. When Richard showed up he was on-time, professional and courteous. We a walk through of the whole house while he would educate me on the process and how he would tackle the whole project, being very knowledgeable and answering any questions that i had. I got a very good trusting, humble vibe from Richard to where i could trust him in my home when i was not there, that shows a lot of integrity. After the walkthrough he gave me a fair and honest price, including the garage equaling out to about 2200sqft. He started exactly the day we talked about and completed the job on time and flawlessly, updating me on the different phases he was in. The paint and stucco on my house was in bad shape. Richard and his Father made some major repairs to the stucco around the chimney and few other places. After it was painted it looked like new. They pressure washed before painting and were very careful not to damage plants around the house. All cracks were sealed and primed. They painted the trim, soffit, the house walls as well as a screen porch ceiling. I found them very professional. They gave us good advice on colors and recommened a very good paint. All work was outstanding. they kept us informed on the the sequence and timing of the work. They were very neat and cleaned up each evening.When the job was complete every thing was put back in it's proper place, there was no damage to any plants, light fixtures ect. I not seen any drips overspray or flaws in the work performed. They were polite, respectful as well being nice, friendly gentlemen. The house now looks fantastic !!!!! I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for a top notch painter. I will use the again when the need arises.

He was so very professional and did an amazing job! He truly cared about the colors we wanted and called for some questions he had about how we wanted things done! He worked so hard all day and stayed to check to make sure we were happy with his work. He kept everything neat and clean and the outcome was just gorgeous! Richard truly cares about doing a good job and if you want your job done right, this is the man to call!

Initially I hired Richard to do 3 bedrooms prior to me and my family moving into a new home. Soon it bacame evident I needed him to do more. He was very flexible with fitting me into his schedule on a tight deadline. Richard did an excellent job. He pointed out and fixed things I wouldn't have noticed including a section of wall that was peeling away. He repaired this issue the right way and notified me of the extra cost involved prior to doing it. I would definitely hire Richard again.

Fabulous! Gave us an estimate, kept in touch, was here when he said he was going to be here and did a great job of painting the living room, dining room, kitchen. Very trustworthy. Was recommended my a dear friend and would recommend his services to others.

I have nothing but great things to say about Richard. He was very responsive and I appreciate that he communicates by phone, text and email. This made life easy for me. He was quick to schedule an appointment to give me an estimate, showed up on time, and was very timely in providing a proposal. The job was scheduled in a very reasonable time frame and he kept in close contact when having to reschedule due to the weather. He was extremely professional and pleasant to work with and did a very thorough job. He was meticulous in both preparing our pool deck and also in painting. He returned my call immediately and came out the same day for the estimate. I scheduled the work to be done on his next opening--about 5 days out. He arrived exactly at the time we agreed upon, brought all needed supplies and paint, was courteous and professional, and finished in a timely manner. The paint job was perfect--haven't found any issues. My only regret is not finding him until now. He exceeded any painters we have hired in the last four years, and I would recommend him to all.
