Original quote included caulking, but I asked for very extensive caulking (around every window trim board, every corner trim board and as required in the field of the siding boards). When discussed the additional caulking on day one of the work, Richard quoted $1500 additional to cover 10 to 12 additional man-days of work and approximately 20 cases (244 tubes) of caulk. At first not really pleased with additional cost, but, in the end, I was very pleased with the caulking effort and the quality of the work. I would highly recommend and offered my name as a reference in the future.
Description of Work: Painted the exterior of my 107 year old wood house. Power washed, extensive caulking, wood repair, primed, painted all exterior surfaces (trim, eaves, windows, walls).
