After many attempts over 8 months, never came out

It took 4 or 5 appointments before they actually came, and complained about Angie's List ripping them off. The owner said he'd get back to me with a quote on lawn care--never happened.

The service went okay. They didn't leave anything behind. They took out all of the branches and everything. I actually helped them get all that stuff out because there was a little distance around the house to get to the crush truck. They were on time. I told them I would probably call them back. There were just two guys that came out. The owner came out initially to survey before they actually came out to cut. It didn't take them that long. It took them more time to drag the stuff to the truck than to actually cut.

Based on their unresponsiveness I would have to give them an F. Two appointments rescheduled with no call, no show. I had to reach out to them and received no response.

Michael from the company said the tree would require two hours but offered to do the second hour at the same rate--$49--and I agreed. After we tried various dates unsuccessfully, Michael said that the height of the tree would require use of a Hi-Lift and that would be costly for him. So he proposed to do the work the next time he had another Hi-Lift job in my area (Winter Park). I agreed to that. Some weeks later he called to say he would be out "Wednesday of next week". He didn't show, and he hasn't responded to an email nor to a phone call to his office. We have done all we could to cooperate with this company, which has received good ratings from others, but Orlando Tree Pro has put us off and put us off and, in the end, simply hasn't shown up. I can't recommend them to anyone. I have requested a refund from Angies List.

Never performed the work. Did not show for scheduled appointments. Finally returned my call to tell me that he would not be coming due to the deal made by angies list.

I called Michael and was told to send a video of the area and the work to be done. After receiving the video , Michael informed me that the worst business decision he could make would to be to send a crew out to my place for so small a job. He said the work would get done, but that I would have to wait until he had another job in the area to make it worth his while. To date, I am still waiting for this service to be completed.

It didn't go. After rescheduling weeks into the future to accommodate their schedule, they did not show up on their chosen date. After calling the office number, they said they would call the owner and if he called back she would let me know. I called the owner's cell phone and left a message and was never called back. They never showed. I did get a refund from Angie.

I arranged to stay home for him and he was a no show for appointments three times with no notice.

The services provided were above and beyond everything we expected...they even trimmed a palm tree and stacked some pavers that were lying around the yard that wasn't a part of our original agreement!

Great work, so knowledgeable, taught me about our own trees. So satisfied hired for our monthly lawn care and lawn spraying.

Missed two appointments and I canceled deal

Not only did the do a great job on our trees, they removed all the debris.

I contacted Orlando tree pro after hurricane Matthew. They were quick to respond and come to my home to give me a quote on cleaning up the two oak trees and two palm trees that took some damage. After getting the quote Orlando tree pro was the best price. They came out a few days later and did the work and made the trees look great. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Orlando tree pro for your service needs. They are the best price around and do excellent work.

They arrived quickly to do the job which was done effectively. Orlando Tree pro had all necessary equipment and did highly professional job. Work was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
