After researching all of our options, Eddie came up with the perfect solution given the unique nature of our needs (apartment with large, heavy pieces of art) and it could not have gone any smoother. The team was punctual, prepared, professional, personable and FAST. We will certainly be using them again.

I have used O'Neill Transport Moving and Storage for my last 3 moves. That alone should say what I think of them. Their movers that do the actual move are the most professional and respectful that I have ever used. They take their time and they protect your property. Moving is extremely stressful and I have found that using them is one less worry. Every time they have moved me they put all my furniture right where I need it, even taking the time to measuring the spacing between each item and wall to make sure things are centered and ready to use. The company called the night before to give arrival and the team showed up on time. They worked quietly and efficiently and did anything we asked. The final price was less than the quoted price as they used less packing than we had originally planned. Nice to be credited for what we did not need. Would definitely recommend and hire again. The move went very well in fact, it was excellent. Eddy was very professional when he talked to me on the phone. He introduced himself and gave a brief overview and later in detail of how the process works. He asked me for the list of itinerary. Later he sent me the quote in the email. He gave the date options for pickup. He was very prompt and he was in touch with me constantly all through the process. His team arrived on the specified date and time. Eddy and his team were very professional. He wrapped up all the stuff in a professional manner. They were very professional and efficient that they could complete all the process in 2 hours. I gave only part of the total amount as initial deposit. They left my apartment packing everything in their truck. They were very prompt in delivering my stuff at Charleston, SC exactly at the specified date and time. I really impressed with their company. I feel that I am very lucky to find him. Also the price quote that I got from Eddy was 40% lower than the the professional company. He did not change the price he quoted all through the way. I am really satisfied with his work. Having moved more than 10 times in the past 20 years, I have seen a lot of movers but O'Neill's was hands down the best moving experience we've ever encountered and would not use another company ever again. The best word to describe O'Neill's is simply exceptional. Eddie arrived on time to the initial meeting and was very thorough in his description of what we could expect from his services and from his team. They came in and packed everything for us carefully, yet efficiently. Moving day went perfectly, our items went into storage and then moved to our new home a few weeks later. Eddie was very accommodating to our schedule which changed a couple of times. Once our belongings were delivered as expected, we were charged exactly as our invoice was written and the agreed upon price. I was impressed by Mr. O'Neill's presentation and professionalism from our first meeting for a quote. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. He not only honored his quote, but he and his team gave me one of my finest moves in a lifetime of moving approx. every two-three years. They were courteous, efficient, and careful. My household items were moved sensibly, expeditiously, and with attention to my requirements and requests--it was a comfortable and easy move.
