I live in Florida and this job was in Gatlinburg Tn. Talked to them on one day and was advised they were working in the area. We negotiated a price and the work was started the next day as promised. Pictures sent to me show work performed as described. Based upon communication and work performed as agreed upon, I highly recommend Miller's Maintenance

While we hired them to repair the roof. While on the roof they noticed the gutters needed cleaned and tacked up, so they did it and did not charge extra. Going the extra mile seems to be their ethic. Being from out of town, I appreciated them sending pictures of what needed done and the finished product.

I had a deck to repair and paint but I also had a lot of other projects they completed it all and did an excellent job. Very good work.

Bit high on price but they were quick to respond and fix my roof leak.

I originally hired Don and Phoebe to repair a roof that had been leaking. The roof had been repaired twice before but continued to leak. Because of Don's expertise we are hopeful the problem has been repaired. He and Phoebe also repaired many other items that were in need of repair: hail damaged screens on the home, and replacement of 3 outside lighting elements. The are a hardworking couple who are professional, provide excellent customer service. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their home. We will definitely call on them again should we need help.

We spoke with the Miller's Friday morning and the job was completed Tuesday evening. They did a very good job with the task we hired them for (refinishing our wood deck). We appreciated the timely manner in which the job was completed as well as their honesty and recommendations. We will definitely use them in the future.

Don and Phoebe are very hard-working, reliable, and trustworthy people. They improved the whole exterior of our home. With experience in tree trimming, landscaping, paint work, carpentry, and driveway maintenance... They are a one stop business for pretty much anything you need to have done. They treat your home like their own and insist on satisfying their customer. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them in the future.

This is a very efficient husband and wife team. They not only did a good job on my deck but sealed my driveway, cleaned my roof an gutters and took down some small, dead trees....all in one day and at a reasonable price. I plan to use them again when I have external maintenance jobs.
