The Service Pro had not provided the services that they said they will do. They have been delaying my project. They were very prompt to get the job but they are not resolving and making things happen. I have been exposed to black mold conditions I need the job to be done within a timely manner

The mold inspectors were courteous, professional, and responsive to questions about the mold inspection. We discussed possible concerns with mold, the possible causes and likely remediation steps. This company generally performs an inspection without pressing to perform a subsequent remediation. This maintains the integrity of the inspection. But I was so impressed with the inspector(s) that I think I will also have this same company perform the remediation. As promised, I received an informative report on the mold within a few days of the inspection. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turn-around time!

I called at the last minute. Derek cam over and solved all my problems. Very professional and a good person. Saw things that needed attention which I had missed and brought it all to my attention and made arrangements to have it all fixed. Thank you for making my day!!

They do extensive moisture and mold testing. If you need this type of service after heavy rains or a hurricane or for other reasons, they are a great company to hire as they test for many different types of mold organisms. Just be careful with their reports, they tried to charge me for a report I didn't request just in order for them to work with my insurance company. Make sure you keep the communications very clear with them.

They had excellent customer service. Tiffany was very thorough and well educated on the subject matter. Everyone was polite and easy to work with. They were pricey but on track with others in the area.

The compAny called back quick when I reached out early morning. They made arrangements to meet me the next day and all the air quality testing back in 24 hours. They were very nice quick and responsive. I would use them again in a heart beat.

They tested for mold and were prompt and professional. the test results were delivered within a day. The meaning of the test required a call to the owner who explained the results clearly. Interesting that they will not clean up the mold if they do the testing (conflict of interest).

Fantastic experience, he goes above and beyond to answer your questions in detail, compared to other services I called this guy knows his stuff. He even made a special trip out on the 4th of July to do our testing. Professional but not intimidating, he talks to you on your level explaining everything he does each step of the way.
