Very professional knowledgeable and helpful house ended up having black mold wich the sellers were in denial about. Ended up passing on the house because owners thought i was lieing about the mold

Derek went through and explained every test he ws doing and why. He understood why I needed these test to determine why I kept ending up in the hospital everytime I went or stayed in the apartment.

Showed up about 20 minutes after I called. Very personable and was very professional. Unlike other contractors I've had in my home, he was very conscientious about keeping the mold contained, and the area he was working in was kept as orderly as possible.
