Easy experience to setup appointment. Pictures were sent once work was completed.

The reason for the less than perfect score was some streaking was left on the front door from below the handle and another area on the house exterior.

Customer service was exceptional I will definitely be using them again...

I called on a Sunday, spoke to Glady’s. She’s very knowledgeable, encouraging and delightful to speak with. Glady’s immediately included maintenance work for Monday afternoon. Oscar and partner did a wonderful job with cleaning the tiled roof, so I included driveway and court yard and contributed to a monetery tip. The job took about two and a half hours and you hardly noticed or heard the work. We’ll rehire annually to clean driveway /court yard and rear lanai at a discounted price. They were added to the list for recommended hiring in this gated Community. The before/after photos to roof arrived 3 weeks from scheduled task. A minimal odor permeates afterwards but, one can pour a few drops of fragrance laundry detergent and hose down area.

Was advised that chemical cleaning would last longer then power washing; the chemicals killing the mold and mildew. It certainly smelled like it would kill the mold and mildew! Time will tell! Ramon and his partner were very energetic and willing to please.

He showed up for the appointment on time. He was both personable and efficient. The work was very well done and completed in the time specified. I was very satisfied with the job in all it's particulars. In short, I would highly recommend them if you have an outdoor cleaning project to complete and no time to do it yourself. I will certainly call on them again.

True professionals. Protected all the plants. Left no mess. Put everything that needed moving back ( lots of potted plants). Friendly. Arrived on time. Their process better than jet washing and the result was as if we had a brand new roof. Fixed loose tiles. Ramon and Oscar were two of the nicest young professionals. Highly recommend.
