We were really happy with them. The workers did their job. They gave us a 10% discount for using Angieslist. That helped us also.

Their subs were no prepared. They refused any responsibility for inferrior sod.

We really liked the crew that came out to do the work for us. Angel and his guys were very effiecient, knowlegeable, and polite. We had them redo the zones in our sprinkler system, as well as add a bunch of heads. We also had them add a bunch of trees, plants, and stone to our existing landscape beds. They were wonderful! The quote was off on the amount of materials needed for the stone, and even after ordering more, we still didn't have enough. But we think that the way it was laid looks very good, and it was more a problem with the quoting than the labor.

Overall the crew was very professional, from the time they came out to review the system and provide a quote to completion and post evaluation. They were prompt, took out the necessary permits, had a crew come out to check for buried gas and electrical lines, and performed the work as scheduled. I was very pleased with the work and found the quote reasonable. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

The overall job went well even though the town could not find the shutoff valve. The town worked with the repairman and we got the job completed.

The completed project is beautiful and well executed -- but to be completely honest we did have some communication issues. For example, the initial bid for our project was $3800.00 which we assumed included everything. But once the gravel was installed and the job was almost complete, we saw that there was no plastic edging between the yard and the gravel and when we asked why we were told it was not included in the price we were quoted. The cost for this edging and its installation turned out to be an additional $700.00. This was unsettling to say the least. Also the project was postponed a day and we were not informed. Overall, the work was excellent. The quality was excellent. The crew was friendly and very hard working. We were very impressed with the gentleman who oversaw the placement of the gravel and the boulders. And we are very pleased with the finished work We would use this company again but we would be more careful to spell out every tiny detail in the initial estimate and would call the day before the project to make sure the schedule had not been altered

No appointment was ever missed. All dealings were professionally done. Detailed estimates were given and I was not pressured for a decision. I also got a 10% discount with Angie's List coupon. Workers showed up on time and double checked the work to be done and this avoided mistakes. Work was efficient and at a good pace. They would check with me during and after each job. The sod was of good quaity and rooted well. It was not the dry sod I have seen put down in some other yards. Follow up on the sod was done to ensure rooting.This was a good experience in all phases and the value was good. I will call Lawn Pro for any future landscaping jobs.

They know our whole system; he knows everything about the irrigation system. He is very competent and I will use him again in the future.

The price stood out to me. They were thorough, accurate, did exactly what they said they were going to do and didn't go over budget. Overall it was a very good and professional experience.

I waited for Dan all day and he never showed up and have never heard from Dan.

I think they did pretty good work overall. I don’t have a big property, but they put a zone with a lot of sun with a zone that is under trees. To get one area enough water, I end up overwatering the shady part. Their price was about average; everyone was within about $100 when I got estimates. There was a little miscommunication, but someone jumped right in and made it right.

They did a good job. The only thing is that he hit something in the ground, maybe a wire. UPDATE: There was an issue, but LAWN PROS came out and fixed my problems for me. They had someone else come out and fix it, but it is all taken care of. I would use this company again in the future.

They said it would take two days from start to finish and they completed the job on time. The results is stunning and also maintenance free. Love the results and am getting many people stopping to say the love it and the idea.

They put them in 6 zones. They did a good job and also gave me a good estimate. They did the trenching in 1 day and laid the pipes. The next day they finished the work. My lawn has improved after installing the sprinklers. Now I call them regularly for adjustments. They follow up very well.

Since it has just passed a year since the Landscaping, pavers and irrigation system has been put in, I have had a year to find out what faults might arise before writing this review. Mainly due to my other 2 attempts at getting reviews in, not saying it was angieslist problem, just a glitch I guess in the internet system. I have many reviews on here and if you come up on any, you will know they are from me. What has happened in the last year? Well, you have to select a lawn treatment company unless you are schooled in how to keep a plush Floratam St. Augustine grass lush and living without weeds, grab grass, worms and many other insects and diseases. Upfront, I did and do not have that knowledge. So, I hired a few different well known lawn treatment companies and there was always a problem. But, I expected that when they charge you $80 a month and only have a tech spend about 10 minutes on your lawn. Then they leave you this report, which in most all cases tells you, your not watering enough. Always their way out. So, after a lot of frustration, I went around the neighbor hood and when I found the most beautiful yard, I knocked on the door and ask the man who answered who did his lawn, thinking he owned a lawn service. He told me he did everything his self. I ask if he ever did any others on the weekend, meaning all cutting, edging, weed eating and the "lawn treatment." He told me he would do it for me as he liked to keep busy and saw how much work I was doing on the house in and out. What you will see in the pictures that I post is from his work and knowledge of treatment and problems solving. Please know that I do not pass any blame on Lawn Pro's for the treatment and problems that arose from the sod. Through all our very small problems during the job, in total they did a very good job, with one exception. They never followed up after they left except when I called them about the sprinkler system timer not working or the heads only going 90 degrees and needed to be 180 degrees and Dan changed them. BUT, I had to always call them, they do not check up to see if you are happy after a few months when the sod should be so green and plush and the sprinklers are working great. Which brings me to the "now." My sprinkler system is not working properly in the "auto" mode which tells it which days to water. I have to go out and put it on manually each day. Its kind of like, we did the job, got he money which was paid in full and forget if the customer is happy before any warranties are out of date or if the grass is green or dead. Just a call or maybe 2 would really make a customer feel great and they could be told what to do about any problems themselves. Sure, there is a manual for the sprinkler system, which I am not good with and don't even try. But, there is a sticker on the sprinkler box that says we take credit cards. So, I still suggest please give Dan and Kevin a shot at your work, things can change for the better in a year, they are nice guys!
