First of all, received phone call 30 seconds after I submitted the request. Gentleman explained the price to me and set up a pick up date for the next day. Arrived on time and did the job. Less than 24 hours, so excellent service in my book.

Everything went smoothly. I called one day; they came out to look at the job the next day; they did the job the day after that. They were personable, professional, and worked well as a team. I chose them based on the angie's list reviews and BBB rating. I liked that this business responded to a reviewer with an explanation of the importance of insurance. I liked that their website included educational material for the consumer. I also liked that they were concerned about proper disposal of the railroad ties. On top of all that, their pricing came in under their competitors.

It could not have been easier. I have used them a number of times. We had a major project in garage cleaning and I had a dumpster delivered to the driveway. It could not of been easier to toss everything in we did not need and poof it was gone.

When I purchased this house, the previous owners left a lot of heavy items around the outside. JunkAngel took them all, including the remnants of a deck and a water softener that no longer worked. Later, they also helped clean out a storage unit so I could downgrade to a smaller one.

I needed to get rid of a giant old tube TV. The owner called back the same day. They came out the following business day and got the job done quickly and professionally. They were very careful about not scratching any doors or walls carrying this monstrosity out. The two gentlemen were friendly and jovial. I would definitely used them again.

Junk Angel wanted over $600. 2 guys could have loaded the trash in an hour. I found someone else to do it for $400 (a private individual & hi son). Sorry - I did appreciate the rapid response

They were wonderful! I am so glad I hired them. I was able to make an appointment on the exact day I wanted. They arrived promptly and were extremely efficient. Within less than an hour, unwanted items from my porch, attic, and house were put on their truck and hauled away. I would use them again in a minute and recommend them without reservation.

I contacted Junk Angel on a Friday and set an appointment for the following Monday to remove an old hot tub from my pool deck. The guys arrived about 15 minutes early and got to work right away. They disconnected the power to the unit and cut the tub into sections small enough to fit through the screen door so no damage occurred to my pool enclosure. All together it took them a couple of hours including cleanup. The price was as quoted and service performed as described when I set the appointment. I am very happy with the result!

The guys came out as scheduled and removed all of the items in a short amount of time. I was very pleased with the price as it was quite a bit less than I had expected due to the amount of wood debris we had. Will definitely use them again!

Made the appointment for 9am and they called about 45 minute before to let me know they were on the way. They arrived, gave me the price from a pricing chart which I liked. They didn't just make up the price. Loaded everything up-sofa, chairs and some other things. Very helpful and polite. Would definitely use again.

Had some initial communication issues, but after explanation, was satisfied.

Contacted company through its website on a Monday afternoon, and within an hour received a call from Kyle to discuss my needs. Due to my schedule, they would have come out sooner if able, we set up a time for removal that Friday. During our phone conversation, Kyle explained how they work and the pricing used was based on amount of truck space required for disposal, but wasn't able to give accurate quote until the crew arrived to assess the amont of debris to be removed. The appointment was set for 0900 Friday and I received a call from Chris around 0850 to say they would be here in about 10-15 mins depending on traffic. They arrived promptly, and after a tour of what was needed, they gave me a quote range between half and three quarter of a truck load. It took them a couple of hours to get everything loaded and cleaned up. When they finished, we took a tour of the property to make sure they got everything I asked them to remove, and was given the final price. They were very professional, prompt, and efficient in their task. I would deffinitley recommend to anyone need to do somse spring cleaning, or jobsite debris removal.

Cody and Alex came in one of their trucks and immediately began working without any hesitation. It took about two hours to demolish the shed; however, it required a second truck because there was so much debris. The owner came out to take the full truck and give his employees an empty truck so they can continue working. Great work for a fair price. Thank you JunkAngel!
