Description of Work: John was very informative about the work that needed to be completed on the roof. He found the leak that came through our ceiling fan into the living room. He shared information about algae on the roof and how and whom could do the job.

Description of Work: Regular tile roof maintenance and replace 6 broken tiles. Paid $149.00 for |tile maintenance and $6.00 for each tile replaced, total $209.00.He did a great job. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely employ him in the future.

+ -1 moreIt went very well overall. I was especially pleased to meet the owner, John, who was very patient and explained the likely causes of each of the three leaking areas. Each area was different and had different causes. John was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I felt confident with his explanations and they made sense to me. It was a one-day job; when I came home from work I wondered if they had even come to my house, as nothing was disturbed, no mess, and no tell-tale signs of them being there. The one year warranty is reasonable, and I felt his price was too. I would recommend his services, definitely!
Description of Work: Three areas of my roof were leaking, plus a couple other areas of the roof needed repairing. I was referred to John as an expert in roof repairs.
