+ -1 moreTHE ALARM WORKED, BUT THE EQUIPMENT DIDNT HOLD UP AS GOOD AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED. THE RESPONSIVENESS OF THE COMPANY WHEN REPAIRS WERE NEEDED WAS POOR. THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH.
Description of Work: IT WAS $39 PER MONTH. THEY JUST PUT IN WIRES IN THE HOUSE TO THE MAIN BOX. THEY PUT THEM ON THE WINDOWS AND DOORS.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY SATISFIED. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND SET EVERYTHING UP FOR ME. IT WAS A REAL NICE EXPERIENCE. THEY MADE IT AND EXPLAINED IT. ITS VERY USER FRIENDLY TO ME.
Description of Work: THEY DO FULL HOUSE SECURITY, WINDOWS, DOORS, AND THE POOL AREA. THEY JUST CHECKED UP ON IT, UPGRADED IT AND GOT IT GOING WITH A GOOD START.

+ -1 moreI DIDNT HAVE ANY TROUBLE. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEYD COME OUT, AND THE ONLY PROBLEM IVE HAD IS A DEAD BATTERY ON THE SYSTEM. ID SAY THEIR PRICING IS PROBABLY COMPETITIVE. THEY WERE ENGLISH SPEAKING WHICH YOU DONT FIND A LOT OF. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE DEPENDABLE, AND THEY ARE DOWN THE STREET. I LIKE THAT. I CAN'T STAND OUR PREVIOUS COMPANY, BUT THEY BOUGHT THEM OUT. WE GOT A BILL ONE MONTH, AND WE REFUSED TO PAY IT, BUT WHEN THEY CALLED THEY TOOK US RIGHT BACK. THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF US NOW THAT THEY ARE SWITCHED.
