I called Jack and he was at work. So he did not take my call. But he came back soon enough and patiently explained me the entire repair process, an approximate cost estimate and the course of action that needed to be taken. Will definitely do business again. Thank you Jack.

Jack and son had everything installed in about 45 minutes or so really fast service.

Jack showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem that one old-fashioned spring from my garage door had burst, and thus Jack went on a mission to find its replacement asap, together with replacing the other spring on the door. Within one workday, Jack was Back with the two springs, charged me only for 10 minutes the first visit and 15 minutes the second visit, plus his cost of the spring. I would recommend Jack to anyone. Jack rocks!

Jack did a fabulous job! My garage door as stuck half way up and down after my husband had tried to pull it down. My electric door opener was not working either. The rod from the electric opener had pulled off the door. Jack fixed this too. And his did this all for $75 and in about an hour.
